I love the website design. However, I wanted to ask if this has some transactional history log that is accessible to the client after they log in? For instance, if I log into BOFA website I automatically see my past transactions, account statements and I can print from there. Does this theme have a backend for that? If not, how would I integrate a software package into this theme?

The theme isn’t supposed to function in a mentioned way and as much as we’d love to help desired result requires customization that is beyond our support policy because there is a need to modify theme files and the way it works. You can try to use some plugin for the purpose we just can’t recommend you any because we didn’t test third-party plugins functioning with the theme and thus can’t guarantee their compatibility, appreciate your understanding.

Hello,
I have issues with Content Composer, it stopped working. I’m not sure why it stopped working but I’m unable to fix it. I have updated and made fresh install but it is still not working. I also tried other browsers and computers, even tried on macbook same problem. Please check the errors and let me know how to proceed.

Please make sure to use current theme version that is available for download in order to avoid possible issues with the theme functioning. Please make sure that there is no note about plugins’ update in your WordPress admin panel. If there is a note that plugins should be updated – please update them. Sometimes there is a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make changes that were implemented function correctly.

When I go to Tabs / Tour Shortcode Settings while editing the homepage. Click on the first tab “Investing Basics” All I see is Code in the content area, with no real way to add/change my picture with editing code. Shouldn’t I have the option to change the text/picture without writing code?

There is no need to edit the code – please use the Content Composer shortcodes tool and add needed elements via the intuitive in use interface.
Such shortcodes as Featured block, Text block or Tabs/Tour Shortcode allow to add another shortcodes inside to provide the more flexible settings for their visualization. When a shortcode is included inside another shortcode, it is displayed as a piece of code, it’s a normal behavior. When Tabs/Tour shortcode or Featured block shortcode is created you can easily add all needed information. Here is an example screencast take a look please:

PSD files aren’t included in the theme archive and in fact there are not many PSD files we can offer. The matter is that most of the pages were created with the help of Content composer (they weren’t created as PSDs at first) that’s why there are no ready PSD files for all pages that we can provide.
We have some PSD files and can provide them for you personally but I should note that in fact we create PSD files for our own usage and some changes can be implemented at the process of the template development that’s why PSD files can slightly differ from the end result.

Hello, the “theme color schemes” settings doesn’t work anymore. Once a change is made in the color schemes, e.g the footer, nothing happens in the website frontend. Still remains as black however much I try. This is very frustrating
