Hello, at home, the “Request an Estimate” form can be configured to be internal and not send anything to the client

hi, any idea on estimate coming next update date and it content?

Very disappointed that this being an elementor based theme it doesnt work properly with simple elementor component such as image carousel. The support telling me to use layerslider instead. Why should I use a slider plugin and further slow down this already slow theme. This is disappointing and I need a full refund.

Is there no child theme?

I am using your Clenix theme. I have just completed the homepage http://www.expresscleaning247.co.uk and as part of the homepage i am using ‘services tab’. When i click on the services tab using Elementor I can see various things you can edit such as price, book now button etc. But i cannot see how to edit the title or text in the main slider or the title in the smaller slider above. – Ihave submitted a support ticket, but was hoping you may be able to offer a quicker response – as my last ticket I raised you ignored. We have a minor issue with the header top bar layer location and facebook icons.

We have realized that when you edit a blog post entry using elementor, those icons are unable to load in the blog page.

This happens in all the blog layouts and in the blog category layout too.

It is curious, it doesnt happen in the blog layout if under general settings -> Reading you set a different page for the Blog, but this is still happening to the blog categories.

Fast solution is that we dont use elementor to desing the blog posts, but as it is so versatile, we would like to use it.

We would like to know if this is a known bug and if there is a fix that we can apply.

(We are using Header Top Bar Layer type 2, Header Layout type 4 and Blog Layout type 1 Fullwidth without sidebar)

Is there any way to add two phone numbers in the header. There is already one place to add a phone number but can I add phone number instead of icon and can I change the icon of that phone number. Please let me know if it’s possible. Actually, I tried changing a few things in code (I’m not code savvy) but the field column at the backend is verifying that the input item is email or not. How can I disable that verification?

First, i have to say, we were working on another theme/template for our project but we found a lot of issues/bugs and trouble.

We decided to purchase a second theme and it was yours. We are amazed about the quality difference. We really like the elementor pagebuilder, the template / theme options and obviously its refined design.

This theme rocks!

Now i go ahead with my question.

We want to manually translate everything that will show up in the page. We can translate the content within the elementor enviroment, but there are some template related parts that we need to translate too, (we usually use string locator plugin and manually edit template files to do this) but i’ve read that this theme is translation ready and that includes a POT file where you can add translations.

Could you please tell us which is the exact name of the file and if we need some kind of plugin to make the translations effective, or is it enough with editing the .pot file ??

I need full edit of this category, but how? can’t find anywhere, and all services dispay in website.com/service/ ottherwise google takes as broken page.

theres a heading and link Home > Service > House Cleaning

click on Service and link comes up with double // how to fix it too ?

Is anyone having issues with the Elementor image carousel not working only on this theme? It loads perfectly, than instantly breaks after load.

When displaying the image carousel, it loads correctly showing one image at a time, then immediately jumps to displaying only thumbnail, no matter which size is selected (but works fine on mobile. Is anyone else having these issues?

For more than 12 days, technical support has not answered my question. At the very beginning they answered very quickly. Now I’ve been waiting for more than 12 days … No one answered ((
