Good day, I am not sure if it’s the same but I got this theme through Envato Elements. The theme is installed using the demo content as normal, however I am having issues with the Templatera bit for WP Builder. I am not able to edit it’s content. I can see the templates under “Templates”, but even editing that doesn’t result in the changes being shown on the site. Can I have some assistance regarding this? It means that I’m not able to make any changes to the content on the site. Help!

I’ve followed the Plugin update instructions, but the templates are still not editable. The WP Bakery VC doesn’t appear in the Backend Editor so I can’t edit any template sections. Can you advise please?
Also the clever mega menu add-on for VC is preventing the ability to add shipping zones.

For Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution there is no recent version delivered through your server.
All plugins should be tested before update. Thes plugins release new update few days ago. We need a time.

Yes, it’s only one way. As we said before nothing places for image on mobile devices.
You can try to use 2 rows:
1) first row for splitscreen slider (hide for mobile) 2) second row with Visual Portfolio grid (hide for desktop but show for mobile)

Thanks for the hint. However, it is strange that the Leedo theme does not have this option on split screen. In other themes it seems to be a standard solution, for example Bridge theme split screen version: https://bridge348.qodeinteractive.com/ Both the left and right windows are displayed on full screen, tablet or mobile version.
This is absolutely other layouts. In our case image has fixed position.

Found this theme really hard to work with. I couldn’t find basic things like changing the nav font from caps to non cap. Ended up deleting it and buying another theme.
As everybody since the last update it’s been a nightmare, everytime there’s an update there are bugs and all the theme settings disappear including logo, header, footer, additionnal css, menus etc which takes hours to reconfigure – extremely annoying.

You should read the documentation before blaming the theme. Maybe you use root theme instead child theme: https://docs.vlthemes.com/docs/leedo/child-theme/
P.S. Nothing problems before, where are you find buyers with your problem?
Hello, Having the same issue on a second website where I use this theme – WP Bakery Page Builder is showing shortcodes instead of elements (https://ibb.co/dLGz4CX) and cannot be updated – https://ibb.co/XDRpSK5
Theme was updated to Version: 1.3.4. Last time I had this issue on another website and fixed it by purchasing WP Bakery licence but I really shouldn’t have to do that since it came bundled with the theme.
WP Bakery is activated for all post types. I read and followed documentation, that didn’t help.
I’m gonna roll back to the backup where it worked, but would really like a real solution to this problem where I don’t have to spend additional money to fix something that should work. Otherwise this theme is really great and I love it.

yes the theme number 6 is not in the folder .
All pages already exists in demo content.xml file. Maybe you do it smth wrong.

I cannot access any support on this item, because I do not have access to the email address associated with my Envato account! This is so incredibly frustrating, as I am trying to build my website - and have literally zero support on it. I can’t figure out menu customization, logo customization and so many other things - that your basic documentation does not show. Folks if you do not have a lot of design experience, this is not the theme for you. There are so many options, but no documentation to walk you through what each option means. Using the custom site builder - it does not accurately showcase changes, in fact it doesn’t show in real time any changes at all. Beautiful theme, but I am really really disappointed that even with verifying through my purchase code - you will not allow me to access the full library of support.
After the last update, I’m receiving “There has been a critical error on your site” message on portofolio pages when I try to create new page with WP Bakery.

The “Share this:” sentence seems to be not translatable. I have a license, but no support anymore. However, this is a bug and I am not going to pay 40 dollar for a bug. Loco translate translates everything I added just fine but this sentence just stays the same, translation is not showen. Hope you still can help me out.

The sentence is not in the Leedo helper plugin, it’s in the theme. I found it but translation is not showing up.
In this case you do it smth wrong.

If I was doing something wrong I think none of the translation would appear but it is only this 1 sentence that isn’t working..
Share this text use in the theme and leedo helper plugin. Regenerate translation file and try to find this string again.
I did, not working. And the “Share this:” text is not in the Leedo helper plugin.
If you use share shortcode you can select Share this as title. We don’t know which share section you mean.
