I am interested in the option of home 4; how can I have it like this without the other options is that I do not see in WordPress how I can edit it.
Hello JWSteam! A question about the portfolio – if I go on adding my own images in the portfolio (which works straightforward as in your manual) should I erase demo images as I go? I did that once and lost the configuration of Masonry 1 template. I see I can go to WP Bakery and change settings not to lose templates – is that the way to go? Or should I replace your demo image posts with my own? Happy for enlightenment:-)

Thank you for quick reply, how sweet of you! I knew where to add my images under the portfolio to the left, that’s super simple and clear, it was actually not my problem. But I don’t want the demo images to show in my portfolio so what do I do? If I erase them from the portfolio page shown in your screendump the the Masonry 1 grid is gone too, replaced with a new masonry 1 based on the size of my images! How can I exchange images without losing the grid formats? When I try to edit the portfolio with WP Bakery it just gives me a square format in Masonry 1 option after removing demo images, how come?
Not able to get import data content. Talked with Godaddy too. They are not able to solve this. I’m using Wordpress hosting on Godaddy. Please help.

Hi! I’m trying to reinstall your theme in a new staging copy of my website to return to the default settings. Making a portfolio page I inserted my own images (from the portfolio option in the lefthand column on admin page) and deleted the demo images. But now it seems that the whole gridsystem is gone for the masonry options. All the images inserted are the same rectangular size? How do I get back to the masonry grid? And also how can I change so that my images inside the grid will not be cropped? Thanks again!

When I tried used the 1-click demo import, I had the issue of one or more tables in database issue, it needs to be repaired.
I tried using the manual import, it work fine, but I have the same issue as @mygiftbox. Not all the home page is full page width and the dropdown menu is messed up.

Please, upgrade PHP version to 5.6.x or greater, mySQL version 5.6.x or greater. ask to your support host and increase max_execute_time >=90. Some value should increase by support host.
Then, you can use 1-Click import All Demo Data again.

Hi there! Beautiful theme! But I cannot seem to find any way to make the footers visible, yet less to edit them. Your online documentation doesn’t make it simpler as I can’t access them in any other fashion than code following the instructions to go to the visual composer. Shouldn’t you be able to edit them on the backend of each page? Now the header and footer options are just the layout options but you can’t change any content? Your demos also show social media follow icons in headers or footers which are nowhere to be found as an asset in WP Bakery or as a customize option within your theme? Greetings!

This is problem of the host. Please, check error.log. Problem main: max_execute_time should 120. Please, request increase that value to your support host. Some value doesn’t effect when you change it via .htaccess, php.ini, wp-config.php. So, you should contact support hosting.
Requirement host: WordPress version 4.6 or greater PHP version 5.4.x or or greater max_execute_time 90 or greater WP_MEMORY_LIMIT should 512M or or greater
You can install it on new hosting. We tested importing and it works perfectly.
