Hi! Are Elementor demos fully built with Elementor, and settings in Elementor? Or do you have another or Wordpress customizer? Can you make changes to header/footer/single product page easily, with Elementor? On single product page, can you set that the vertical images to the left of the featured image has same height as featured image (and never shows more than a number that you set, but you scroll instead)? Can you have it open up in a lightbox? The very best would be that you click on one of the thumbnails and it place itself on that image in the lightbox, but you can scroll in lightbox (vertically) through all images. Is that possible? Also, if I would want this demo, but want vertical scroll instead, is that easy to change: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/accessories/wooden-bow-tie-man/ I would like this demo from start which has grouped products already.
Is it possible to put own widgets on single products page, like put additional information and other tabs to the right of the image, in accordion or something? Do you have “true” and easy one click FULL import of demo data? Will that overwrite my listings or pages, or will it keep them? And if I deactivate is it possible to make full removal of the theme? Also wonder what different styles are possible for the items when they are in the grid? I would want to show only title and price without colors, borders, animation, add to cart buttons etc. I also wonder if one can combine your readymade demos from different of your demos? Do you have them as Elementor blocks? Thanks!

Yes, our dummy content can be imported for Elementor. It means that all pages imported will be built using the Elementor free version. We didn’t test Elementor header and footer builders since our theme builders are much better for this. Thumbnails on the left side show three images and the height are based on the images total height. Yes, there is a true and easy one-click full import of the demo data. And it should be installed on a fresh WordPress installation to prevent any content conflicts. Yes, you can remove the theme but the dummy content should be removed manually. You can find all products hover styles on our demo under the “Shop” menu item. Sure, you can combine elements between different demos easily. Unfortunately, they are not available as the Elementor blocks library yet.

Does this theme include personalized and customized product feature? Like allow customers to upload an image, enter a message or any other customized forms on the product page.

There is no such shortcode in our theme. You can display categories tree with a widget via Appearance -> Widgets.

I need the tree categories directory just to perform maintenance … if I change appearance -> widgets, will the entire site inherit this function? I need this tree to be on just one page created by me to do this maintenance.
You can create a separate sidebar via Dashboard -> Sidebars -> Add new. Then put the categories widget to the new sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets. This sidebar can be set for a particular page in Dashboard -> Pages.

If you are going to add any code to your theme it is much better to use the child theme. When you update the parent theme, the child theme will not be changed and your code will not be lost.

Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

My support has expired but i want to notify you of a problem that occurred on our webshop.
People kept seeing products of other previous customers. So it looked like a cache problem.
We deactivated all our cache plugins first to check if that was the problem but it wasn’t.
Our programmer fixed it by adding lines of code on lines 33- 60 The problem was that your theme was caching the cart
