I use the Green Planet theme on two different sites and we’re really happy with it. I have a couple of questions about the donation feature and I’ve looked all through the documentation without finding an answer. 1. When a donation is made, an email goes to the site admin (I think) simply stating a “Payment has been received in full for donation #XXXXXX – this donation has been published.” Where would I adjust the email addresses this email is sent to? 2. On that same email, where would I adjust the language so it is more detailed about who made the donation and for how much?

It seems to me that these two questions would be covered in the documentation, and not require technical support. Frankly, your documentation for the entire Donation aspect of the theme is lacking. And yes, I have purchased two licenses.

The matter is that CMSMasters Donations plugin isn’t supposed to provide desired functional. There is a need to customize plugin’s files for the purpose and as much as we’d love to help customization is beyond our support policy, appreciate your understanding.
Speaking about translation – the easiest way to translate / change plugin phrases is to use the .pot file that can be found in /wp-content/plugins/cmsmasters-donations/languages folder . Basically, this is a list of all words and phrases that are present in the plugin. Please create new .po and .mo files from this .pot file, rename them adding ‘cmsmasters-donations-’ before the files’ names and place them in the /wp-content/languages/plugins folder.

There’s a bug in older Slider Revolution versions that causes issues when saving slides on Wordpress 5.5. The fix is to update to Slider Revolution version 6.2.18 or higher. However, this theme (version 1.0.4) only makes Slider Revolution version 5.4.8 available when updating. When will the new version of Slider Revolution be available in this theme?

Current theme version is 1.0.7 and it includes updated Slider Revolution version. We recommend you to update not only the slider but the theme too in order to avoid possible issues with its functioning.
To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as ecology/ecology). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “ecology-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

We are able to create a successful campaign in the theme, we’re also able to create in the woo-commerce product, so the question is how would both work TOGETHER? E.g; Are donors to a campaign also buy nick knack in campaign products store.ii, What is the purpose of ‘woo-commerce product’ in a campaign theme? iii. How does it work, video, tutorials, e-how etc? We would like donors to be able to also support the campaign by also buying FALGS HATS etc, to support the campaign.

The purpose of WooCommerce in the theme is the ability to add the shop feature to your site in case you need it. Donation is a separate post type with its own payment system that can’t be integrated with WooCommerce plugin. Hi, I’m trying to change the colors of the header following this instructions but nothing happens:
