I have a critical error on my website when sending a mail from my contact form 7 form, but it happens only on a certain condition :
https://antoineghioni.comIf I go to the “book me” page and hit send from the home, error occurs.
However, if I go directly through https://antoineghioni.com/contact no error happens…
I figured it has to do with ajax or something, but everything else works fine so I’m confused here :/
Hi, Try adding the contact page as custom menu link in the menu, this way the page will load normally and contact form initialized properly. Thanks

But the links are still bound to the social networks provided by you. I would need Internal pages there for example currently it’s:

And I’d need it as:

and linked to my own internal pages. So like a setting to change this menu to a custom menu

Hi, You can not autoplay video in background on mobile devices because of the mobile auto fullscreen pop up video. Instead of the poster image which replace the video you can use an animated gif. Regards

The Wp Bakery Page Builder (formerly known as Visual Composer) is shipped with the theme and has a shared license. This is why we are able to offer it for free. However, you don’t have access to automatic updates.
You will either have to buy a full license or contact us to update it. We periodically release theme updates which contain the latest version of the plugin as well.

I’m having trouble using one of the WP Bakery elements that came with the theme. It’s the ‘collage image’ element.
It seems that when I add a second ‘collage image’ to a page, the second one (and any extras) always breaks, not showing any spacing between images, and attempting to display all images at max width.
Please see http://bichenodesigns.com/project/permaculture/ for an example. The case study ‘Keyhole garden’ works fine, but then all the other case studies are not displaying correctly (no spacing between the small images on the right)
Please let me know if there is a workaround for this issue,

Hi Darby, You should have only a collage set in a page since it’s initialized by ID. If you provide wp admin access in a private ticket we can change that so you can have multiple collages. Thanks

Hi there, I’m trying to create a new page on my site, and hoping there is an easy way to remove the ‘title’ element from the page.

Looking at your newer theme’s, I think I’d like to move over to Bauman. Is it as simple as installing the new theme, and making a few small tweaks?.
And, can you confirm, with the Bauman theme, can I have multiple portfolio pages, showing different content?

Hello. So to be as concise and as short as possible: Grenada portfolio is a different custom post type than Bauman’s so you will have to recreate them from scratch. However you can copy and paste the entire content using the classic editor. Most of the Bauman’s shortcodes are very similar to Grenada and they are mapped to WPBakery elements. So this will be an advantage. We recommend also installing the bauman wpbakery child theme to leverage ajax page transitions. Thanks
