Disappointed I contacted your support system for speed optimization but i got misleading information. All images are optimized well, css js html all minified, premium plugins used, no extra plugins kept, website flow and onpage is highly taken care of, color scheme, design and everything very well maintained but after an effort of 2 months, you guys are giving misleading information on your support page about speed optimization.
Reality is your theme is very poorly optimized even for your sales/demo pages. What worst someone can see. I even offered you guys to optimize my website but you denied because you know where the fault is.
Not recommendid theme! I wish i could change the rating to 0 star.

Hi Theme is not compatible with latest WordPress update 5.6, lazy loading doesn’t work, and most of ajax features are not working.Still more bug, need to test it thoroughly before updating to main site.

It might be another complement, you are right I am going to investigate which is the one that is causing the problem.

This issue will be fixed in our next theme update but doesn’t harm anything.

If the category has no subcategories, then any of the predefined html blocks, for example, Menu-category-7, works fine. But as soon as a category has subcategories, some built-in template starts working, which does not depend on the selected HTML Block for the dropdown. Compatibility with the Jet plugins by Crocoblock ??? Hi, you will surely know of the Dynamic content widgets by Crocoblock, specifically made for Elementor. They do not work with the Woodmart theme ? Yes, support has expired but I have multiple Woodmart themes and would have continued, but I will have to choose another theme who confirm compatibility.
I see others have also found that the Crocoblock dynamic content plugins do not work with your theme. Maybe this is worth you looking at this issue to keep or attract more customers. For now it’s a real shame. Thanks

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Thank you for contacting us. That page in the cache loads our old CSS files from the CDN. Now our CSS files are regenerated so old CDN copies are no longer available. But it is not a problem for the real website and actually doesn’t depend on our theme.
