In Single Product Page when you scroll down, you will see sticky header with product title, Overview, Specifications, Related Products, price and add to cart button. When I click on Overview, it return as url at end #tbay-header. The rest is working fine.

Hi, can you plese help me with an issue I we been having with the theme. Shipping calculator doesnt work properly on the cart page. It works for some vendors, but with others vendors it matches the shipping zone but displays a message that there is no avalible delivery method. What can be causing this?

Terrible support and a broken theme. Please be careful. After the update, my client’s live site got broken. Sent a support ticket, its 4 days now and received only 1 reply. Clearly indicated HIGH priority and that it is a live site, but the support does not seem to care.
I’ve paid for support for 6 months but this is their poor attitude. I receive no support for something I paid. And to make matters worse, it’s a broken site.
Seriously, how are theme developers like this able to sell on themeforest? I am almost going to lose this client now and have to return back the money they paid because of unreliable theme developers like this. Please be warned, if you are planning on buying this theme, its broken plus you will receive almost no support. Am going to try consult my legal side regarding this lost of sale plus also for the fact I paid money for support but received none. This just feels like a scam. I have sent themeforest a complain ticket regarding this.
