I have purchased this theme last week.
I’m trying to navigate this page from portfolio single page – https://www.subsolardesigns.com/vivian/demo1/portfolio-horizontal-three/
Present all single portfolio pages are pointing to this “portfolio-grid-3-columns”
How to i re-link all portfolio single pages to “portfolio-horizontal-three”.
I couldn’t find any options for this.
One more question. Is it possible to change this image container to Video ? https://www.subsolardesigns.com/vivian/demo1/portfolio-horizontal-three/Hello,
1. There isn’t an option to specify which portfolio the single portfolio page redirects to. If you have only one portfolio page, all projects will redirect to that one. But if there are multiple portfolio pages and a project can be displayed in multiple portfolios, the theme automatically selects to which portfolio to redirect to.
2. No, there isn’t such an option. You will need to customize the theme in order to achieve this.

I downloaded the theme from elements envato. As you scroll down through the gallery, the photos lose the popup feature and open in a new window. You can see it in the link below. Do you have any solution suggestions for this problem?

There is a new version of the theme which fixes this problem. You can redownload the theme and update it to the latest version.

Hello, to change the preloaded you will need to make theme file changes. We can provide you with a CSS for more simple customizations like the color, but anything more complex will require theme file cusotmizations. We recommend to contact a freelancer for such personalizations.

hey how can i remove some of the social media icons on the footer
The icons shown are the ones you set in Appearance > Theme Settings > Social. If you leave a field empty, that social icon won’t be shown.

Hello, there is no quick way because every demo has different content and it can’t convert your current one without overwriting anything.

Hello, great theme. You mentioned Vimeo option to fullscreen video template, in version update 1.0.8. I have 1.1.1 but only see Youtube and uploaded field? Can see Vimeo field in the php though. So how can i add a vimeo url to fullscreen video page?
Have you tried inserting a Vimeo link in the Youtube field?

Hello, Yes i have inserted a vimeo url in the youtube field, but nothing happens – i can see it is not inserted. When i open the google chrome inspector, i can see the div class is still YT and not Vimeo.

Hi I love your theme (Photographer mode) as shows in a PC but the same site in a phone or tablet with Chrome or Edge it is a disaster! By that I mean that for example it cuts couple of lines from top and bottom in the “About Me” page at the first part! Most importantly when in any view of a photo from a gallery you need to change the orientation of the screen for a vertical or horizontal image, the image shows for a split of the second and then returns in the top of the galley view and you have to re-select the image in the new orientation but it will happen again at the next try to change it… The site you can check is www.lightformation.com It is any way we can fix these problems? Yes, you can achieve this if you create the linked projects in different categories. That way you can create one page that displays one set of categories and the other page to display the other.

Hi Guys, I wonder if you could help me with a few issues I have:
Is there a way to get embedded pages to display fullsize of the page? there appears to be a width and Height limit built into the theme. Please see the example https://www.cvmdigital.co.uk/iframe-test/
Also, on the Fullscreen slider template I have it set to horizontal slides and Images with text but when I add shortcode buttons into each slide they need to be double clicked to activate the iink? have I not not added them correctly?
Lastly, the loading speed on a couple of my pages is slow, when I check in Google Insights it says this is to do with Render Blocking Issues related to Java and CSS, is there anything you suggest to speed these up?

After that write us a ticket via the Support tab of the theme here. Write us a description of the issues there and also send us an exact link to the page with the horizontal slides problem.
The speed problem is not related to the theme. Some of your pages have many images. You could use a caching plugin or/and optimize your images.

I love the design and the simplicity of it. I’m also very happy with the load speed. The only thing I can’t get to work is the location in the contact page. When I set a new location, the map in the background just turns to a complete white background.

that’s correct. I downloaded the theme because i am also a member of storeshock.
Themes on Storeshock are distributed without our approval. Themes created by us (and possibly every other from Themeforest) don’t have a place there.
i didn’t know that. I received the enrollment with a purchase on macheist. i activated my account on envato.
i enrolled with envato elements and put a backup of the old one into a new fresh installation from envato market
Support is only provided for themes purchased from here – Themeforest. This is logical because we as authors don’t earn anything from such sites that sell our themes without our approval.

Hi, quick question.. can we re-import the demo content without deleting content that is there? My clinet has a site live and would like to work from templates which were deleted….

Unfortunately not – the demo removes everything that is previously existing and is replacing it with the new pages. You can follow the documentation on how to create the pages. When editing/creating a page you can select the page template on the right sidebar from Page Attributes – from there on you can continue customizing the page.
Also, please have in mind that your support license has expired and you will need to renew it if you want to continue having support.
Hi guys, is there a default max size for embedded content? I’m trying to embed iframe content but seems to have a max width. If so how can I change it to be full size?

It depends on where do you want to put that content – what template, where in the content. The iframe should take the full width of the content it is put into or the fullwidth of its own content. Can you write us through the support tab and send us a link to the page you are embeding it into?
