I just purchased the theme and trying to import demo data. No luck. 500 server error. I tried to ask my host to increase php ini but they said the cant. Is there any work around?

I purchased your theme around 5 days back and after installation i was testing various button clicks and found out most of the button clicks are not working for example on click of Register Your Store it is refreshing the screen but not navigating to Register Page..When i click on brands i have three brands added which have multiple products but on click of those brands its refreshing the same brands page and not redirecting to search-page/product-brand/brandname as shown in theme also the same problem is persisting on Category Page all the categories are visible but on click of a category it is just refreshing the category page and not redirecting to search-page/product-cat/categoryname. I tried to raise the ticket too but the issue is text box for inputting purchase code is not visible i tried multiple browsers. How i can resolve this problem as i need to go live in 5 days.
