Hi there, recently my website has changed and some content doesn’t show up. I have gone through and methodically removed plugins so it seems not be plugin related. On the web console I do get a js error. Any idea why this might be?

Hello—I’ve noticed in one of the last couple updates, I’m no longer able to update the names of media files. Is this something that was intended or potentially a bug? As soon as I switch to different theme, the native function works fine. Any insight would be immensely appreciated.
Scratch that. It was related to something I had in the child theme. My apologies! Thanks as always for your commitment to a great product!
Glad it is solved
Is there an issue with Blog/Article Settings/Article Navigation Style? There are no images being displayed, despite “Style 2 (With images)” being selected. Have tried switching to Style 1 and back to Style 2, but to no avail.

Not looking for support per se, just wondering if there’s a known issue with the Blog Article Navigation functionality? I’ll fix it myself if there’s not a general problem.
I can verify it is working on our end. Best,
Hi, can I obtain the theme if I give you the licence code purchased by my client – we need to install child theme and do some tweaking but customer has only his licence code (purchased by another party). Thanks for helping out here.
Unfortunately, that’s not possible.
How do you turn off active link color? Cannot find it in theme settings

The new hotel demo isn’t working.
Hi Jeffrey, I can open the demo at https://revolution.fuelthemes.net/revolution-hotel
I can now too. But it has large gaps in content. Something isn’t right.
Interesting, I am not seeing it, could be a hosting issue. Looking into it.
I have screenshots if you want.
We fixed some issues regarding the preloader. Could you please check again?
Does this theme include the ability to have nav menus that are dynamic? For example: - a Reports tab which has a dropdown showing a list of the X most recent posts with category ‘Reports’
Unfortunately, not at the moment.

Hello my support is over.. but only have quick question… the logo on mobile is a little to wide and when I change height in theme options nothing changes, can you help please? Thanks!

Is it possible to select a different menu for mobile than the main navigation menu, perhaps using CSS?
Unfortunately, that’s not possible.
Ok. Thanks. There is an issue with the mega menu option then. On mobile the various sub-menus stacked on each other translates into one single sub-menu. Same issue also affects your peakshop theme as well. Have you noticed this before and is there a fix for this?
We ‘ll add an option to override Mobile Menu on next version.
Best,
hi, slider options where ?

Hi, will you consider adding support for other map APIs than Google? Since Google made the changes to their API and made it much harder to use, alternatives would be nice:

Any time. I realize you have long lists of stuff to fix or implement, so not really expecting this. But if you do come around and implement this, I think it would be very nice little addition to an already amazing theme. Thanks for listening.

Just a thought/suggestion here. Hope you don’t mind.
If you’re going to change certain CSS elements then it’d be nice to see those mentioned in the changelog.
For example.
.post .post-gallery Has had it’s margin changed. Therefore blogs that are displayed in a grid, now have a bigger gap between the image and the title of the post. This can be rectified by adding in additional CSS so it’s back to how it was – 1em.
If more changes like this are going to be made, then we need a detailed changelog ideally on the fuelthemes site.
Also, Scrolling in Firefox 84 feels a little bit choppy. Not sure if this is a Firefox setting or a theme issues?
I do love the constant updates you provide and you’re constantly providing new demos, features and themes etc. However the above would be a nice touch too
All the best for Christmas and the new year.
Thank you, I have taken note of this, and Merry Christmas as well. Stay safe!
WordPress 5.6 update has broken my client’s site on Firefox, fortunately only on the test platform. Breaks the menu: aligns left instead of centered, and sticky menu loses background color; plus text/buttons disappear from Hero images. Seems to be prefectly fine on Chrome, and although most pages are OK on Safari (iPhone), there is obviously some work to be done on Safari too.
Could you please open a ticket and share your url?
Thanks for your quick response. However, I’ve downgraded to WP 5.3.3 so the url wouldn’t tell you much. Have agreed with client that we’ll wait for a more stable version of the Theme.
I would suggest setting up a staging site to test updates.
Hi,
I have the same problem…after updating to WP 5.6 (PHP 7.3.19) and Revolution Version: 2.3.6.1 you only see the loading circle on the home page? No matter with which browser…where is the problem?
Thanks Markus
just now I make a downgrade with https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downgrade/ to WP 5.5.3 and it works fine again…please check this issue for next theme update. Thanks
Please make sure to clear your cache after updating your theme.
Theme Options doesn’t reload properly (js conflict) after WP 5.6, please check
This is working on our end. Could you please open a support ticket at https://fuelthemes.ticksy.com/ with your login details?
please note that there are still problems on firefox with wordpress 5.6 even with the latest update 2.3.6.1 – please check properly
Hi there, please explain the issues, so we can check them.
- the pages are not loading, there is only infinite time preloader icon – the site is with preloading type (Full-Screen Preloader) and preloader icon (line) - this behaviour is only with firefox(latest) – not chrome or microsoft edge
Our demo is working on our end using latest Firefox.
wordpress 5.6- we checked on several devices with firefox 84.0 – with the same result the infinite time preloader I repeat the theme is with with preloading type (Full-Screen Preloader) and preloader icon (line) – we checked disabling the plugins – sometimes working after hit reload – anyhow until you will find out the problem we will use the wp 5.5.3 .
php is 7.4.13
I cannot replicate this issue, please open a support ticket with your url and login details so we can see the javascript errors.
I can’t let an active site NOT work for those who use Firefox – (our tests with wp 5.6 are done for a short time and at night) so the login details for wp 5.5.3 doesn’t help you – I saw that there are others with this problem so once again please to check carefully – btw. be sure that we cleared cache and disabled any other plugins for an accurate checking.
It was just cache on others, so as far as I can see, we cannot do anything unless you create a staging site with the error so we can check it.
Hey Guys, what page builder do you include with this? thanks
Hi there, WPBakery page builder is included. Best,
Why not loading in Visual Composer? Does this theme compatible with VC?
