1. Open your old website dashboard, go to Theme Options -> Import / Export and click on Copy Export URL and copy this URL 2. Open your new website dashboard, go to Theme Options -> Import / Export and click on Import from URL and paste copied URL into this area and click on Save Changes.

I saw some other themes started to fail with the new 5.4, and they had to be updated to be compatible, so I wanted to check first because the last update for this theme is showing Jan 2020 which was before the 5.4 launch.

1. Just delete all your website content (media, pages, posts and etc.) via WP Reset plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/
2. Then install One Click Importer plugin to your dashboard from: https://wordpress.org/plugins/one-click-demo-import/
3. Run One Click Importer plugin in Dashboard -> Tools -> Import -> One Click Demo Import and click Run Importer.
4. Upload XML file to section first section where said: Choose a XML file for content import.
5. Have fun

Hey. I’ve installed your theme on a brand new Wordpress installation. I had no content there. I’ve installed Wordpress, uploaded your theme, downloaded and activated the recommended plugins and imported the demo via the XML file. So what are you asking me to do?

If you have got the same issue, please follow this instruction:
1. Just delete all your website content (media, pages, posts and etc.) via WP Reset plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/
2. Remove WordPress Importer plugin from your plugins.
3. Download and install 0.6.4 version of WordPress Importer plugin from here: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wordpress-importer.0.6.4.zip
4. Select the arlo.wordpress.xml (located in the main zip file in “xml” folder) and upload it.
5. On the next screen, under Assign Authors, select or enter a new username for each author.
6. “Download and import file attachments”. It will just download images that you have to change anyways.
7. Please be patience as it will take quite some time. Do not interrupt it.
8. Once it’s done, go to Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations. Select “Main Menu” next to “Main Navigation”.
9. Go to Edit Menus on the same page, select “Main Menu (Main Navigation)” from menus to edit and click Select.
10. Setup your homepage to “Main Homepage” in Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays and select A static page and choose Home Modern as homepage
11. All Done.

This is a pre-sales question. I like all the layout pages but do not want to use a left side menu system. If I were to purchase this theme, can I override this themes menu system with the Elementor theme builder using a header template that I create myself? And still be able to use all the rest of the pages as they are now? I appreciate your help.

Hey! Just got an email from “CopyTrack” charging me 360 euros for an image that was included in the theme but seems copyright protected. Is this the case? Where did you get the demo images from? Only No Copyrighted images should be included in the theme for the buyer. The image they are charging me for is this one:

We use those images for demo purpose and we do not include those images. You downloaded those images via demo content. If you are using demo content, it is your responsibility to replace images to your images after you finish to upload demo content to your server.
I saw you have bought more than 50 items from envato. I think you have enough experience to understand the demo content.

I’m do have experience of buying products from envato, and all other creators are not using copyright protected images which they are including in theme or demo content downloads.
My client has now recieved a collection notice on 500 USD which I will have to pay, which I won’t. I will now contact envato to see if they can help me further, since this isnt my or my clients fault.
A good advice in future, use royalty free images and don’t get your buyers in economic trouble.

Please, make sure that you have performed all next steps:
1. Log into Admin and go to Tools > Import > WordPress.
2. Install the WordPress importer.
3. Install Elementor Page Builder.
4. Install Woocommerce
5. Install Contact Form 7
6. Install Redux Framework
7. Select the constructify.wordpress.xml (located in the main zip file in “xml” folder) and upload it.
8. On the next screen, under Assign Authors, select or enter a new username for each author.
9. (optional) check or don’t : “Download and import file attachments”. It will just download placeholder images that you have to change anyways.
10. Please be patience as it will take quite some time. Do not interrupt it.
11. (optional) Once it’s done, go to Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations. Select “Main Menu” next to “Main Navigation”.
12. (optional) Go to Edit Menus on the same page, select “Main Menu (Main Navigation)” from menus to edit and click Select. Click to expand Features and select Mega Menu for Links under Mega Menu.
13. (optional) Setup your homepage to “Main Homepage” by following the Homepage Setup section.
