Hi,
I have bought the theme and the good thing is, it´s easy to use. The bad thing and something you are not able to solve with a cache plugin is the speed.
We have tried the most popular Cache plugins like W3, Super Cache and Swift performance. All of them are not able to increase the speed to more than 70%. Also the turning loading circle at the beginning is really old fashioned. Developers who are using such a loading circle know that their page is loading very slow (Yes, you can turn it of but regarding speed it does not make any different)
We have analyzed the code and the structure is a mess. So not surprising that the loading time is high. And we are not talking about a big website with much content (see demo).
So speed is something developers have to improve. It´s not up to date with other themes on the ThemeForest.

Hello. Unfortunately, it is impossible to add video into Zoom Slider. But you can use external free or premium sliders which have such possibility.

1) Loading time can be related to your connection to our server too, you can use caching plugins to make it faster. Our theme uses WPBakery plugin and if you used this plugin loading time will be the same.
2) There are many additonal plugins which can help you to add custom fonts (to support all the browser you need font in woff2, woff, ttf, svg, eot, otf formats). Our team can help you with it.
3) Yes, it’s possible to disable it in theme settings.
