I bought this theme but it will not install. It says there is no valid theme header. This is useless to me if I cannot use it on my hosting site.

Is there a way to recreate the Homepage (at least the top half with the three calls to action slightly over the slider image) without installing the demo content? I have a client with a well-established site full of content and do not want that overridden.

Hi there – my support has expired from this theme because I bought this a little while ago but only ended up starting to use it now bc the client was delayed on getting things started.
But now, when I installed it on wordpress it’s crashing wordpress and I am getting a message that I need to debug wordpress. It seems the 1.1 version of the theme is the only version I can download, not the updated version you referenced about one month ago

It is possible that they will send us an explanatory manual of the template since the videos that are downloaded with the download only show the options that the template has, which we see by clicking without having to watch the videos

Hello we have comrated your template and uploaded it to the hosting but we are having trouble changing some parts of the templates. for example testimonials we change the image and writing we update and the tilda template and it does not save us what has changed. Can you explain what may be happening since the hosting made changes to make it flow better but we still can’t do it

In order to fix this issue with contact form, please connect your host via FTP in Binary mode and go to this directory:
\wp-content\themes\your_theme’s_folder\framework-customizations\extensions\forms\extensions\contact-forms\views\
Rename file form.php to form.php.old
Then download new file form.php here:

Put in the same directory with old form file.
Then open in Unyson Page Builder the options of shortcode:

Save all changes, clear cache in a browser and re-test web form once more.
Then check inbox folder of your email (and just in case “SPAM” folder).

Thanks for the instructions. I followed all the steps but the issue still remaining.
Now I can’t even save my Unsyon Page Builder. It is showing the message – “Updating failed” . I checked it by deactivating rest website plugins but still I am not able to save my changes.
In contact form if I add single line text, it is not visible but if I add paragraph Text then it is visible.

hi, I downloaded all of the pages into my site and am just customizing the pages that I want and deleting the ones that are irrelevant.
When I am trying to update the testimonials section – when I click update it gets stuck and doesn’t update. Eventually i have to just close the page and I lose the changes I made.
