I can’t register for support as the system says it will send me a password after authenticating with my purchase code.. i checked my spam, and every other folder, but can’t seem to find a password email? It has been several days.

i think this is a great theme but the the help file is quite bad. trust me I bought a lot of themes on envato. for every little question it seems that i have to either (a) spend some time to figure it out myself, or (b) post on support and wait another 24 hours for an answer…

Hello, I love your template, my website is perfect! But I just have one problem, I can’t find where to change the “site-logo”. In customize / Identity of the site I have already put it, but it is not changed in any menu. On some pages I get the “image missing” icon. I would like to make some changes to my website elenacastellano.es On the main page that i use the template video fullscreen (home) I would like the menu of the links: events, concerts, art and exhibitions to preserve the scroll functionality, being able to view the videos assigned to them and also to add the functionality that “with a click” it shows those videos; just as it does in the mobile version. I do not want this menu to lead to another page; the videos would be displayed on the same page. In the manager tool the configuration do not allow me to do this, and only offer me to assign to the links of other pages and not the videos that they display with the scroll.

Also on the main page i would like to change the word project 1/4 for something in spanish like the word video. I didn’t found where to change it

Another issue is on the page art (elenacastellano.es/arte/) the links under the numbers are on family font roboto. The manager allows me to change them but it does not work. it mantains the robot font.

Great work as always! One small request, in: https://preview.codeless.co/remake/video/ the list is bound to scroll events, if you use this in a laptop with a touchpad, let’s say a typical macbook, the list doesn’t really work, will this be fixed in the future?

Hey! I’m working on the Portfolio carousel. My settings are: Source type: Portfolio source type Number of items:3 Include:” 3 of my portfolio items”. For some reason all the images in the carousel have the same link, the last one added. Whatever image in the carousel I click on opens only the last portfolio post. How I can fix this issue? I need an each portfolio to be able to be open by site visitors, regarding to the image displayed. Thank You! Anna

Hello, I’m having issues with support registration. The reset password feature is not working.

The Remake theme is currently installed on Zachboog.com.

The vertical slider is not keeping up with the scroll. I have trouble scrolling between the items.

The homepage links do not open in a new window even though the option is selected.

On mobile, the slider doesn’t scroll down and when clicked, a video pops up versus redirecting to the attached link.

Hello, I just downloaded Remake and I am having trouble uploading data at “One Click Demo Import” showing a different view of the one in the video tutorial. (I activated all the plugins). I really don’t understand what I am missing or doing wrong.
