Following your email to me. I have installed a fresh copy of Wordpress and your theme on a different server and now have additional issues. When trying to access any options I get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Basically, I cannot do anything to complete my original website. I have paid you for a license – I need my issues to work or will claim money back from themeforest.

I have answered your emails with the details, it seems that the issues are gone. Considering that nothing was changed on the theme and no errors were raised while running a fresh install and demo import, I can conclude that the issues are not related to the theme itself, but maybe your server or third part plugins.

Hi, is your documentation up to date? I am trying to change the look of the listing and also to look at the best rated list, but I do not have “general” in my theme options, which is where it all is.
I purchased the theme a few days ago and it is showing as version 1.4.7.1 – have you removed the general option ?

You are correct, it seems that some parts of the documentation are outdated after recent version launches.
The “General” menu options were moved to: “Listings”, “Search And Archive” and “Explore By Types”.
To modify the design of the listing cards: Design / Design for listing cards.
If you want to set the Best Rated listings as default for searches, go to Explore By Types and choose “Best rated” to Initial type of search for “Explore By”.
By now, there is not a list of Best Rated listings on the back end, but the “Trending” listings are displayed on Trending / Log.
I’m taking note to provide a log for Best Rated listings too.
The documentation will be updated soon, sorry by that.

No need for two licenses. You can work offline without configure a token for Envato Market plugin. When the site be ready, duplicate the localhost install to your server and, for the online installation, you can configure the Envato Market plugin to receive updates.

Did you manage to translate the strings? You can click on “Sync” button to update the list of strings.
To change the width of this block you quoted, you can go to Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS and use this CSS, adjusting the “px” measures to your needs:

Hello, great job the theme is wonderful but it seems not fitting for international directory so Im making lot of changes for this purpose. About this, its possible to show ONLY Regions with listings inside the popup “WHERE?” ? how is possible to handle this feature? How can I show only PARENT REGION and hide SUB REGION and PARENT REGION with NO LISTINGS (empty)? Thanks

This feature can be easily implemented, I’m taking note and adding it to the next two updates.
By the way, you can choose what regions to display in the Regions and Categories popup, manually, via drag and drop on Theme Options. This solves your problem temporarily.

You can sell listing packages with “Featured” option enabled. Listings published under this package will be displayed on the top of listing archive pages (search, categories, regions, etc) if no custom sorting be applied (A-Z, Z-A, Best Rated, etc).

I have some pre-sales questions. - Any plans for an internal booking system in the near future (room or food orders, services)? - And in regards to my first question: maybe also link menu items to place in the booking to order or request a quote? - Any update on custom fields for the theme? - Is there a way to make other taxonomy list in the theme (add and click option like some others have)? - Any way to update the opening hours to also select e.g. 7.15 or 8.55? - Any plans to add an ‘Open now’ filter? - Elementor support still on track? And the most important one … can we successfully import CSV listings via WP ALL IMPORT (not the pro version)? Seems a lot of good themes leave this behind so clients that want to move from other themes have a really hard time.

Yes, bookings are on the plans for next two updates. I think that menus can be append for the booking as resources (amenities) that increments the final price of the booking, so yes, it is possible. But quotes are apart, the purchasable booking needs to generate a final pricing. Quotes can be done via Private Message form.
Custom fields and/or custom taxonomies are unavailable currently.
Any way to update the opening hours to also select e.g. 7.15 or 8.55? Not available currently.
Any plans to add an ‘Open now’ filter? Yes, this is on the update queue.
Elementor support yet awaiting implementation.
Some customers have partially imported listings by using a combination of “WP All Import – Import any XML or CSV File to WordPress” and “Import Listings into WP Job Manager”, but it seems to depend on how the exported data was generated, once that WP All Import needs to have the fields correctly mapped. The perfect import can’t be guaranteed even for Pro version because the data format can vary between themes, like JSON structures. Simple data, like “location”, “phone” will mostly be imported properly. This answer is not exclusive for Listar, but any WordPress theme.
