Thank you. But did you see the video? If you navegate through some pages of the website it will happen – even in incognito windows and even in Google Chrome. We are still trying to solve another issue which may be the cause? – mixed content. Some content (HTTP) was loaded over HTTPS. We’ve tried to replaced all elements within the database from HTTP to HTTPS, but there are still some issues.
We’ve rechecked all the pages of your website and found only a single issue (missing close.png image on your server, that cause a 404 error):

Installing Woocommerce on this theme does not support any other language than english. Tried with loco translate and much more. Also the css for the woocommerce pages are incorrect. This is also visible in their demo. If they claim they support woocommerce there should be better integration.

We changed some of the standard WooCommerce templates in our theme, so they are overridden and can only be translated via Loco Translate. But if you need to translate the settings strings you should use a WPML string translator.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried loco to translate both the theme and WooCommerce. none of them seem to override the settings you’ve made. How can we translate it? Where are the files located? Thanks in advance.
I am talking about the WooCommerce pages for example cart and checkout. Also their CSS are incorrect.

After updating the theme to the latest version, the childtheme CSS and Javascript doesnot work any more. It does not connect to the child theme anymore.

if you click at the link and check the tab’s, the table work fine as the css file for this table is from Child Theme Folder.
After the theme is updated to the latest version, all the style css does not work anymore. I have check and figure out that Function and style from child theme folder does not work.

We were just informed of a cross-scripting vulnerability in WP Bakery. Since it was included with your theme, it’s important that you guys put out an update with the updated version. Is this in the works? We’re sitting ducks until you do. Not sure what else we can do but wait on you guys. Purchasing the plugin separately and reinstalling has always broken sites. Let me know when you plan on updating and when the it will be available. Thanks.

Hello, I have bought Argenta theme where WPBakery Builder comes with the theme. Currently, the plugin got deactivated and I am unable to update it. Whenever, I try to update it to a new version, it gives me an error – “Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds”

1. How can I hide the search box in the mobile menu?
I enabled the theme option ‘Hide search in header menu?’, but that didn’t work out. I also used custom css for mobile devices, but no success either.
