Hi guys,

i purchased your theme and installed the demo page. When i try to edit the homepage with WP Backery Frontend Page Builder and click on the text fields to edit the button, or change the text or anything else, it opens a pop up window where i cant see anything like the settings or text to change.

How can I solve it? Whats the issue here please?

Hello, I have updated the theme to the latest but when I click on edit or add I can not see the editor, for example, I click add text block I dont see anything just a window saying Text Block editor. Please help.

Photos are not included. Where would I get that background picture from the “Our Repairs Mean Business” Banner?

for Layouts (where the header, footer and short sections) are not being edited or customized, option is showing edit with wpbakery but it’s just don’t go further for frontend editor or backrnd editor even after enabling custom post type in role manager. Please help how to resolve it. I have seen other people comments related to customization of layouts. Thanks

Hi, there is no option to create an account. There is only a login and forgot password option but no signup

Hi, that’s not what I’m referring to. I’m referring to the woocommerce account registration. The theme includes a login page for customers to access there account but does not include a registration page to actually register for the account. https://yourwebsite.com/my-account/

Pre-purchase question. Really like everything beside mobile showing brand, model and price. On a mobile device, there is an issue. There is nothing that tells the customer to keep scrolling down to see other device brands. Is there a way to have all shown on the top first vs auto-opening the 1st one?? try it on your phone.

For instance on the homepage if you click smartphone on a mobile device it takes you to a ALL SERVICES page. There on a desktop you will see the brands go across the top which users can understand with no issues. No on a mobile device it shows Phone1 first with all the information and you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the other brands. Now most customers will not know they have to scroll down. This is the issue. It would be nice on the mobile to have all the brands populate on the top first so one can see them and then select the brand they are needing repair. Try it on your phone. Now pretend you don’t know you have to scroll all the way down to maybe find out if the company fix Sony. You would not know to this information

A visitor will book an appointment. During this process, they will choose a product (and options if available) and submit the form to book the appointment. The appointment will be saved as “Awaiting Payment”. The time slot will be filled for now.

If you have your appointments set to auto-approve, then it will be approved at this point.

The customer will be taken directly to checkout to pay for the appointment. Once paid, the appointment will be marked as “Paid”.
