I have a client that installed the theme, but as this one bought by a web designer, they dont have access to themeforest user.
In the website they have loaded the LICENCE but when they try to update they receive this error:
“Actualización fallida: No se ha podido descomprimir el paquete. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
Whan can we do?

It usually happens when you transfer your website completely to a new domain and deactivate the license on the old domain. In this case, your new activation is no longer valid. To avoid this you need to always deactivate the theme license before transferring your website.
To fix this problem and update the theme you need to perform the following actions:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on the “Check Again” button.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

When you scroll the page it hovers the menu, how can I achieve this after i import this version? Because when I imported the demo it didn’t imported its demo menu, but rather main theme menu, I now have created the menu and linked with divs fine, just want the menu hover itself when we scroll to that section of the page.

Hi, I have done it exactly like this, but even then its not highlighting it when i goto that page section. When I click on the menu, its correctly taking me to the right section but not highlighting the menu. please advice.

I have noticed that the sticky cart does not work properly with the variants. I select a variant, the one directly from the sticky I cannot add to the cart. Is it possible to fix?

It is how the sticky add to cart for variable products is supposed to work. It just scrolls the page to the variations form where you can click on the actual “Add to cart” button.

The problem is we get a response every 6-7 hour.
They resonse on July 13, 2021 at 11:49 pm we response July 13, 2021 at 11:54 pm and now we should wait at least 4-5 hour again to get a response.
before that 8 hour or 6 hour. we cannot solve any problem if every 6-7 hour get a response.
we know that you have many costumers and we are one of them but also a answer every 6-7 hour is a problem.
Our support response time is up to 24 hours in our working time. Usually, we do our best to check the situation and answer within a few hours. Currently, we have a heavy workload on our support forum so we are sorry for any delays that might be caused by that.
Hi there! When I scan in Pagespeed, I am told to defer off-screen images, as these images are promo banner resource backgrounds, even applying the animated fade-in feature. The theme’s built-in Lazy Load feature does not understand these images and they do not load late. It would be interesting if you could include them in a future update, since I don’t use any plugin with this feature and so it would not be necessary to have an extra plugin. Thank you so much!

Hi, I love this theme however I recently purchased Lordicons which provides animated icons in json files and realized that the icons can only be used as a shortcode and I am not able to replace the menu icons in the header with the shortcodes as it does not show that option as I am only able to upload regular image files. Is there a quick workaround or will you be able to allow users to use animated icons or the ability to insert shortcodes for custom icons?

Try to place them as HTML code to the menu title itself. There should be a way to show icons as HTML tags and not as shortcodes.

Hello, what I mean is that I am not able to insert the animated icons in the header builder for essential elements like Account, Wishlist, Cart, Compare but I can only have it work separately as in a Text/Html element, and yes I can also do HTML code as well but there is no Text/HTML box when trying to replace the icons.
Sorry, but placing them as our elements icons can’t be done without additional code customization. These elements use IMG tag and your icons have to be displayed as a complete SVG element with all the markup.

do you know if there’s a way to show the page title bar above the product image / block, as happens inside the normal pages?
I’m referring to the dark green background title bar which you can see in the page layout below.
I see in the product page it doesn’t show up, but keep in mind that I’m using already the extra content feature for product page with some other content, and I think I can select only one extra content per product (above or below product block).

Our product page layout differs from the regular page. And that is why it doesn’t have a regular page title. The product title is shown in the product summary section next to the image. It might require additional code customization to achieve this.

The theme is in conflict with wpbakery and latest PhP version 7.4.. Even 7.3.. It only works on php version 7.2. Please, look into it.
If I deactivate wpbakery, the website will start loading. If I deactivate the theme and activate wpbakery, the website will work fine on php latest version.
If I enable both wpbakery and ur theme and lower php version to 7.2, the website will work well.. If both are active and php version is set to 7.4, the website won’t work well.
This maybe general issue and may not need my private support… I know my support has expired.. Look into these observation pls. Stanipax.com

Of course you can buy our theme, but there is no quick way to migrate between these two themes since they absolutely different in their codebase. So you will have to recreate all the content built with WPBakery from scratch as well as menus, widgets and theme settings.
