Hello, your plugin looks great however I have a problem with responsivity. Product images are very small on mobile devices and doesn’t fit to the screen properly. I have used recommended resolution 1000×800 px. I already made support ticket 2 weeks ago but still without response. Thank you.

I bought this product last April 6, I couldn’t install the configuration alone (without the theme), After I installed whole zip file, I noticed that some options doesnt appear into the configuratior plugin, then I bought the plugin alone from Innwithems and the plugin now works well, the question is: Can I get a refund?, I didn’t use the plugin for Envato / Themeforest and the license. The plugin that I downloaded for Innwithemes works great!

You can use those premium plugins ( Product Woo Configurator & Panorama – Addon for Product WooCommerce Configurator. ) that come with the theme for free but you can’t add a license. You can ignore the license key and automatic update notification for those premium plugins. We will include the latest version of all of those premium plugins in the theme.

The multi-level child option only support the panorama addon. In our pro plugin( https://wpconfigurator.com/ ), had the multi-level feature on accordion also. But it’s not included in the theme package. The plugin author doesn’t allow us to include the configurator pro version in the theme.
