The installation of DEMO material, takes ages and after it’s not installed. Tried few times, reinstalled from zero the wp and still DEMO does not installing, non of the 5 thema’s.
Is there any extra widged needed for this? (all is updated and activated).

Thanks for your query, yes everyone telling the problem but no one telling that we are solved the problem, actually maximum issue about cURL which is hosting related issue. Even when have found hosting related issue, then we are import every single demo manually for our customer. Hope you understand.

You need to increase upload size and server execution time, please increase execution and upload size by htaccess file then try to install.
Example for htaccess file:php_value upload_max_filesize 256M php_value post_max_size 256M php_value max_execution_time 3000 php_value max_input_time 3000

Sticky option conflict with Elementor PRO, By the way we are get the temporary solution your issue, please copy the CSS code and paste it in custom CSS filed in uTech option panel.

2) the other issue I’m having is “cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10000 ms” when trying to install the demo content. 2.. Please contact your hosting provider and enable cURL in your hosting panel then try to install demo content. Then it will be installed automatically. or we can install it manually, If we install we need your website login credential so please send your login credential to mehedidb@gamil.com OR enable cURL in your hosting.

For your issue 1 & 3 : We are made this theme with Elementor, So you can change every design & sections with Elementor, Please go edit mode of any page and click edit with Elementor.
For your issue 2: You can do all customize locally then you can make a backup and restore in server. (NOTE: you should know about backup & restore)

Hi, I have purchased the UTech theme 2 days before. Looks pretty good. But in the time of installation, I got stuck. Requesting your assistance to move forward.
Problem: The theme installation process is done perfectly. But in the session of Demo Content Installation, I’m getting an error of “Request failed. Error code: 403”
