Hello, I am having trouble editing projects. I thought the theme said it using Elementor but it appears we need to use gutenberg for edit and when I did use it, all the text and images are aligned left (not as shown on them). I will like a refund please. Thanks

Please follow these steps below,
1- Navigate “Elementor > Settings” on your dashboard. 2- You’ll see post types selection below general tab. 3- Click on “Portfolios” and save changes.
So you’ll be able to edit project pages with Elementor.

Many people have had problems with theme installation and importing demo content, just look all the comments. Thy do yo lie? Can’t understanding.
I asked for support to install your theme because it’s impossible to import demo data properly… And we’ve try to do it in different servers, and with empty Wordpress. One of the servers was a cloud server with 12 CPU and 16GB.
The first time in my life that I have had to be rude and impolite in a comment…

And we tried to help you about it even we are not obligated that. More than 550 people using our theme and it has all 5 star reviews. When we asked you to making a clean install, you just left the 1 star review. And you’r review has reported to Envato.

In the Big Slider showcase layout slider is based from portfolio posts. So the view project button is getting URL from the projects. So it can not be customized with custom URL.

Hi, I bought the theme yesterday and like it very much. But I am having non stop issues with any editing and changing the Portfolio project posts – both the text and adding images. The images for the custom header image AND adding images where it has “Single Image” and “Carousel Image” just do NOT appear nor change nor does the text or headings change. I’ve tried it through both “Edit Post” and also tried through “Customise” but NOTHING works or changes. I’ve purged the cache – still no changes what-so-ever. Can you please tell me what is wrong and why this is not working at all. Thank you.

I am STILL waiting for all the issues I stated in my email 16 days ago to be fixed. My email asking for the issues to be fixed was ignored until I emailed again and asked for a refund, but the response from you asked for the URL, when I had ALREADY supplied the URL and the login details in my email and no reply since, and so am STILL waiting for all the issues to be fixed. Cannot add images into headers, all posts and pages get stuck on LOADING, the text on the About page, the numbered list, when I try edit the text for the list, the numbered list completely disappears, and etc. I stated all these issues in my first email 16 days ago and STILL is not fixed. WHY does the demo work perfectly, but the template I received has numerous issues, making this template not useable. Also, WHY is one of the template’s demo pages shown in the demo NOT INCLUDED when you buy the template? Can I get ALL the issues fixed immediately, and the missing template page (List V2) added, so the template is useable, otherwise please refund my money. I shouldn’t have to wait 16 days on going and be contacting you here publicly just to get a response, so I can get a template full of issues fixed so is useable.

1- Yes you can create custom contact forms with Contact Form 7 plugin. 2- Yes Cygni has an image lightbox widget in Elementor. 3- No you can use it with Elementor free version. 4- Yes you can create a new page with services widget. 5- Yes, Cygni can be fully edited with the Elementor. 6- No, Cygni builded with the Elementor Visual Page builder so you don’t need to write any code.

Issue: Home page doesn’t load on Apple devices!
- Home page takes like 40+sec to load on Apple devices
- But if we load any other page then navigate to the home page it loads fairly fast
- Tried all optimization techniques, including serving images in Webp format
- Even tried installing a fresh copy on a different server, still the issue exists
- Whereas everything works fine on android and windows

Yes, you can use the theme with video and audio elements but please keep in mind; Cygni doesn’t has a custom audio player, it only has 2 type of video players.
