How do I make it so that the right side of the product (the price and available options) is sticky on the right, and the bottom price bar is not there? Right now, the bottom price bar looks misaligned, and I’d rather leave it off until I can get guidance to fix this. I also don’t know why my item details are not appearing, how do I fix that? Isn’t there a section below the pricing options that can list the specs of the download being sold? There’s a lot going on that your documentation doesn’t cover, and it’s making my site look a bit odd. Please help.

The theme’s documentation does not explain some of this; EDD simply doesn’t work well with this theme. Spacing is off, there are empty spaces on the website, save cart brings up an error, and it is so difficult to customize this template. Do I have to register a different account with wpninjadevs? Won’t let me login to that support link.

I never received a “verification email” back from when I tried setting up an account at https://doc.wpninjadevs.com/support/. I have entered a refund request; there’s no reason why it should be this difficult trying to sign into a support page (I’ve requested the code be re-sent also and have checked spam). 2 months of trying to get into your support page, and I’m still trying – with absolutely no reply from you guys. My refund request was denied; you told me I had to request help first and you’re not offering it. HOW DO I GET HELP WITH THIS TEMPLATE????? If you’re forcing me to keep your template, then someone contact me and help me with all the errors and misalignments your template has with the supposed “supported” EDD integration. Again, the validation email HAS NOT GOTTEN ME, and I’ve tried several times (and yes, I’ve looked through spam and “trash” as you’ve mentioned).

I need refund for this purchase as this theme is not even optimized on basic parameters and need very high resources and not good for digital downloads. I tried to customize but not possible paid more than 10X to the developers but theme features are not proper as viewable on demo.

memory_limit = 512M upload_max_filesize = 50M post_max_size = 50M
Some server upload limits low as default. So please increase then try.

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. Price and other shop functionality are coming from the Easy Digital Download (EDD) plugin. We’ve searched it over their documentation but didn’t get it. If it is crucial for you please contact with them.
Unfortunately, we didn’t try ZoomSound plugin. I think, if you want to apply this plugin, you have to customize and adjust it with each product.

You can use the “Videomart” elementor sections in the multi-vendor demo. You can’t replace images with video without our developed sections but can use all sections everywhere.
