is the template compatible with next 12?
forgot to mention but it would just be sooooooooo nice if you could do a tailwind css version. Its just so much easier to customize and performance is awesome

Hello, I am very interested by your theme. I just have two questions. Can I easily create different type of user, like moderator, contributor? Can I easily add on the dashboard “add posts” “My posts”, like you already have “add listing” “My listings”? Finally, can I include posts in the search barre on the home? I would like people to find an adress or a post.

A. It’s not able to create directly but indirectly it is possible like after the user signup then the administrator updates the role from the database.

A. Yes, add listings, update listings, delete listings are available and even an admin can approve a listing after a user create a listing.
Q. Finally, can I include posts in the search barre on the home?
A. Yes.
