Can’t just make a gallery? To open images in a pop-up window simply as images

Hi I have purchased the item. 1 – The theme is just a turquoise line and nothing else at the begining or How can I install the theme with the theme itself with some design structure, even without the pictures but with placeholders. Is there a way? I tried 2 things: a) first installing wordpress with Softaculous installer and the uploading the only insallable zip folder. b). then I tried uploading to the hosting file manager the folder name Demo… Neither a) or b) worked. What zip folder should I upload ? Is there a way to import the demo? Sorry I cannot find the documentation. What is your e mail.? my e mail is magentobueno@gmail.com Please help me!!! THANKS.

just bought this theme but on the homepage after installing it says slider with alias default not found .. and i cant edit the slider?

We recently purchased your theme and we are not able to complete dummy content import successfully, it is partial always.

After multiple attemps and troubleshoot , we are still not able to import completely . every time Header and Footer is not imported, rest page content and other pages are getting imported, kindly help.

I liked the front-end of the theme before I bought it. But in the admin panel of the theme, a very bad coding was made!! Probably, any junior developer can do better than this. I got many errors while editing the theme and I still can’t resolve these errors. The margin and padding settings not working properly. Unfortunately, I will throw this theme away without using it !!

I have been trying to contact support since a long. but they are responding. After importing demo theme data, theme-option section is not working. I’m not able to update logo as well as footer area like images in footer and copyrights text. and many more. please help me with this.

can i customize the homepage design as i want

Hello! I installed the theme before using the Envato Plugin, and now, after I properly installed the plugin, it won’t recognise the theme to enable auto-updates. I’d have to reset wordpress entirely and to start by installing the theme with the Envato Plugin on…the problem is that I cannot afford to do that, as it is modified and online already …how could I receive the updates and make the Envato Plugin recognise that I have the theme installed? If I click on install, I get the error saying that the theme is already installed. Thank you in advance for your help!
