I have just updated the theme and it has changed menus, color schemes and layouts across my customers site. Is there something I am missing? Why has it done this?

Support has run out so can’t raise a ticket. I will have to rectify myself. Thanks anyway. Might be worth you looking just to double check. We updated the Uicore Framework plugin and other plugins and for some reason the update seems to have changed the site layouts, header, logo, colours and more. Wanted to check why that was so I could make sure it didn’t happen again. Never-mind, thanks for coming back to me

When I add a side bar in portfolio post page, there is a padding on the side in mobile layout, whereas blog post page doesn’t have. Is it expected or bug ? Thanks always !

Hi, I’m having difficulties installing the theme. After activating the theme and installing all the plugins, my website is showing just plain text. The uicore-global.js and .css are not found, so I think the API of the UI-core plugin is not connecting. I found this article (https://support.uicore.co/help-center/articles/14/15/47/auto-update,-demo-import-and-template-library-not-working) on your website and tried this but when I click on Refresh UiCore Data, it keeps on refreshing. Another thing I noticed is that my mySQL version is 5.5.5 and has a red color in the server status. Maybe that is also a problem? Could you let me know what I should do to fix this issue?

Hi guys – pre-purchase question – I’m creating a coaching / course business that require a back end dashboard so users can login, enrol for courses and get course materials etc. I see that your course demo has a backend login, but I don’t know a login to have a look around the dashboard and check it all out. Also, the enrol button doesn’t go anywhere on the demo. Was wondering if I could get access to this at all to test it, or if you could provide me with a load of screenshots to show what it all looks like?

Our product doesn’t provide any of this functionality we only offer support for Tutor LMS Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/tutor/). You can find more info and demo on their page.
If you want to see it working with Brisk just create a free sandbox (https://try.uicore.co/brisk), install Tutor LMS and test there if it fits your requirements.

I see plugin update warning on element pack pro. Its current available version is 5.15.1 but your theme serves its 5.14.1 version. Also in this version slider widget is not working.

Hey there, thanks for the great theme. I have come across an issue where the Page Options are no longer displaying in the Page Editor, the area where the Page Title, Backgroud etc, its just blank. See this screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/98g36kk4zojd690/2022-01-14_10-59-57.png?dl=0. I fear it may be a conflict with a plugin, but its hard to pinpoint as we have not added any new plugins recently and this issue has only just appeared this week. Have you seen this before? Hi, the image was probably imported incorrectly. This happens sometimes during the import process and it’s caused by WordPress so there isn’t much we can do about it. You can fix it by going to Appearance – Widgets – Footer and uploading the image again from Media Library.
