Above url is for builder demo purpose only and there you cannot export final landing package. But you need to host builder files in your Apache and PHP based server and there you will be able to create and export landing page package.

1. You can import ready demo JSON file as mentioned here – http://www.themezaa.com/html/leadgen/documentation/ > HTML Builder > Export / Import Project to have full demo page in the editor.

2. The images you see in demo site are not the part of theme package due to licensing limitation and that we have already mentioned in item description also as per Envato policy. We are providing placeholder demo images with recommended size mentioned in it, so you can upload your own images there as per your website requirements.

Builder features cannot work by directly opening the HTML file in the browser. If you want to use the builder then you need to upload the builder folder in your web hosting server, may be in your website root folder, which should be Apache and PHP based and then you should be able to access the builder features via http://www.yourdomain.com/builder. It’s not for a cms bu my own PHP based server. I just wouldnt know how to go about it, hence why I asked for tutorials or something.
