We have purchased this theme a long back, and now our client wants to change the hosting and we moved the website to new server with staging URL, after that we have integrated the domain to staging URL, now when I enter the purchase code again its getting the error as “THIS PURCHASE CODE ALREADY REGISTERED”, this is not at all acceptable.
Need your assistance to activate the theme or else there is no use of purchasing this theme.

I can’t activate your theme for any my sub-domains.
We use a mutlisite wordpress (sub folder) for a multi language website. But we can’t activate the theme for any of the languages (5 in total maybe more). I hope we won’t have to buy one licence by sub folder because we use one domain.
Please reply in this comment, We don’t want to pay a renew for the support because you write in the theme 1 license = 1 domain = 1 website So it should work natively.
