When is the “soon” going to happen? You have been saying about releasing theme update from more thn a couple of months now. Your theme is not compatible with latest version of plugins like Elementor which is a core plugin for your theme.

The theme header always loads the default theme colors before loading custom colors which is bad. I installed elementor header and footer but it broke my site. When are you going to make the theme compatible with elementor header and footer builder? Because it’s always boring and annoying to see that anytime I load my website.
Last theme update is August 2021, you have to update this theme to make it compatible with the recent updates of the plugins. Else it’s not worth $59 price.

Just found another bug after hours of debugging there is a conflict between the contact form 7 plugin and your plugin techtrix Core so the ajax form submission doesn’t work even on your demo page at https://techtrix.peacefulqode.com/contact-us/ the errors and success messages only show up on next page when submitted.
Would like to know there are double // when loading any css/js file from techtrix-core assests folder? (btw it should be assets)

Every time I raise an issue they ask for login details to the website so they can fix it. I mean how difficult it is to just explain why Twitter or Linkedin icons are not inside theme social media settings? Instead of asking me to send you my WordPress credentials just explain why they are missing!

Dear ,
We want to express our dissatisfaction with the operation of the template ¨Tentrix¨ which is presenting instability in its operation. For more than two weeks the activation code of the template has been deactivated on a recurring basis. This is happening since there was an error when the template was deactivated and it was migrated to the production website, the procedure indicated on that occasion was to delete the domains, which is indicated in ticket # 2902440.
Despite the above, the staff began to show recurrent deactivation in a range of 4 hours, having to activate again on several occasions, which is impacting the normal operation of the site that is currently operational for our clients.
When the query was made on ticket # 2903883, it was indicated that they were going to carry out a review process for this recurring problem, but unfortunately we have not received an update on the underlying reason or the specific solution in a satisfactory way.
Because this problem is affecting the normal operation of the site and therefore the user experience of our clients, we reiterate our request for repair and that they also indicate the cause of the problem.

I have a problem with my activation, i have been preparing my webservers and i got a domain limit exceeded msg and note that i need to deactivate older domains (i supposed this is localhost or 127.0.0.1) how can i do this noting that i have opened a support request for couple of days so far and i got nothing, is there a direct way to do this ?, also i recommend excluding localhost and 127.0.0.1 from the domain count as this problem will happen with all users when they are starting to work with the template.
