Hi, pre-sales enquiry. I do have a couple of questions:
1. Thumbnails that pop up into the image gallery when clicked
For product pages, we are are planning to have the bottom thumbnail layout. When the thumbnail is clicked, the user will see the image in the pop up gallery format. There will be side arrows on the pop up gallery to scroll through the other product images. Is this possible?
2. Live Search
Can the user perform the live search using SKU? Basically, can we search by SKU?
3. Is this theme compatible with our current host, Kinsta?

For the first question, what I meant was that, we would like the product images to pop up in a lightbox when the user clicks on the thumbnail on the product page. Instead of the current effect where the gallery scrolls to the selected product image. Is this possible?
Also, how will the product gallery look like if our product images are of different dimensions? Do you have a sample page?

1. Got it, There is no option right now. But i can give you snippet to do it. Also add this option through theme options in next update.
2. Gallery will display actual image dimension. We can also display all images to same dimension with line of css.

Add to cart will display the attributes. you can control attributes/variations inside add to cart block. Functionally adding to cart depends on variation so we can’t split them.

Hello – great theme, have a quick question.
I’m working on the header using the builder. I created a menu and added one item to it, I gave that item the icon class of ionicons-outlined:storefront-outline and ticked the box to hide the menu text. Then in the header builder I added the ‘additional menu’ block and select the menu I created. When saving and viewing, it does not show the icon. The same applies with the social icons block – when adding a icon class it does not show the icon.
Any ideas?

Already fixed. Also doenst matter what i choose as logo, the cartify logo shows up or a blank image. Tried svg frist, tried to resize the svg and even tried png.

I like how it uses Gutenberg and not slow bulky wasteful page builders.
Suggestions for the suggestion box:
1. New product layouts for more diverse looking websites. For example creating a block style product layout where each section or layout-block is in its own white block on top of a grey background. For example setting
div#content { background: #f1f1f1; } and then having border in between each block to separate them out into neat compact boxes.
3.In the description/review block this could be reduced in width and then a sidebar could be added to the right of it. This would be good to help advertise stuff in the sidebar of product pages and make things more compact and get rid of white space if you don’t want a description taking up the whole width of the screen.
4. Allow option for reviews to be displayed underneath the description in their own layout-block and not in tabs.
5. If the short description exceeds a certain amount it would be good to have expand/read more button instead of having all the text display at once to help tidy things up and keep the add cart, buy now buttons on screen all the time.
6. A sticky add to cart bar when users scroll down would also be very handy and help conversions.
7. A header like amazon same style etc 
8. Option to make product images and galleries smaller on product pages for product images that don’t look great. For example not every product looks great when its displayed really big on a screen especially if they have a few blurry lines or rough edges. Amazon and ebay have quite compact product images and gallery because they sell so many products and plays it safe and don’t want to expose all the flaws on them etc.
I hope these suggestions help because this theme is great and has so much potential especially because its not reliant on slow page builders.
