hello devs, i have an issue established in my website http://decentcovering.com/ the owl carousel not act in the regular behavior, you will see that sliders in services section is 3 items but only once you inspect page but it’s default items which is container space, i cant handle it in website and i want it as same as the template< any hands for help?

there is a problem in folder permissions. – i bought another theme of urs i guess, and i had the same issue. my hosting guy fixed the permission for the second theme i bought instead of this

I’m working on the theme and the page titles not changing for some reason. I tried several ways and unable to get them changed. Please can you check this for me. I’ve already opened the support ticket as well.

I got reply asking update the theme. I’ve download the theme and re-uploaded to the site. The original theme was V 1.0 and the one I uploaded now also V 1.0.
On your change log you mentioned it’s V2.0 but seems like on the themeforest download files still V 1.0.

Hi, Sorry to say, the reply from the help team was very poor.
They said to install the updated version of the theme. But there’s no updated version of the theme still on the themeforest. Also no solution for the major issue/bug for a few days now. That’s the only hold up for launch the site. No reply to several messages from yesterday morning.

Hello guys, please can you interpret the “soon”? – Because it’s now nearly a week without a solution and if I can understand your interpretation about “soon” I can make my schedules. Because we are just awaiting for a solution to this issue, so we can launch the website.

Look… Still no replies. This is going to be ridiculous. I didn’t ask for any customisation. I just asked to fix a bug on your theme. The theme had an issue since the installing demos. But you were not able to help us with sorting anything from the start. I managed to sort out everything from my end after trying so many things.
Generally, we buy a theme because we do not have time to do a thing from scratch or do not have such a skill. So when we buy it we expect it to work as you explained on the sale. But when it’s broken from the start and you guys are not helpful at all we have no choices rather than request a refund. I’ll wait the next 6 – 8 hours and if no positive response from your team I would like to ask for a refund.
Sorry but there’s no choice as we need to launch the website one way or another.

Basically, the theme has an issue with changing its page titles on the pages (There are some more issues. But this is a major one).
I have raised this issue here as well as well explained it on the support ticket. Yesterday I got a reply like below.

When I clearly explain the issue just below the support ticket and when I get a response like this, it seems either the support team not looking for this issue or they are buying some time with a general reply.
Now after yesterday reply I just sent another message in 6 mins. But since then no response.
This is not going to work out like this. I have paid and I have full support for up to 6 months and still you guys not fixing the issue you have on your theme. Basically, I’m not asking for support. I just asked to fix a theme bug. It’s now over 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for the solution without launching my site.
Please kindly refund me. I will find another option for my website. I’m waiting for the refund.
