I just get no log found, I also found out my host doesn’t support FFmpeg after thier support said they do, so I’m assuming that’s the issue
You will need to own a VPS or a dedicated server with FFmpeg installed, it is impossible to encode video without encoder software.
Otherwise, you should deactivate the WP Video Encoder plugin, and you will need to upload the H264 mp4 video file instead.

In an earlier comment, you mentioned that Meks works with the theme. I installed and downloaded it and tried posting the embedded videos as both a post and video and it’s not showing as your formatted video page post. Any suggestions?

I realized the Meks Video Importer plugin does not work fine as expected and I have been working hard to bring this feature to the next update with more options, I have no timeframe yet but I guess it will come soon (screenshot).
At the moment, if you want to try the Meks plugin, you will need to activate this plugin together with the Meks, it might work, if no luck, I’m afraid you would need to wait for the next update.

You can navigate to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Player section and select a custom aspect ratio (screenshot), don’t select default.

Searching Users is unavailable for the top search bar, I may add this option in the future update.
As you might know, the theme supports a Members page with a search form, if you imported the demo content, you would see it, there is a search form where users can search for other users.

Hello I have setup theme and edited home page of child theme with elementor. and everything works fine for me, but only when I logged in user or admin.
But for not logged in user on home page video menu does not pull down and some of categories with thumbnails does not shown, even I checked all settings for these blocks.

I checked your website, I guess the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is causing trouble, maybe the javascript is conflicting, you may follow the steps below:- Deactivate all plugins except the required plugins of the theme.
- Disable the Minify/Combine Scripts feature from the LiteSpeed Cache plugin
- Clear all caches

1. The autoplay is enabled, however, sometimes it doesn’t work, so strange, I guess I will investigate this problem in the next update.
2. Unfortunately, such a template is not ready yet, there is no way unless you customize the theme yourself or hire a freelancer, it requires a lot of work and effort.

Hi – How do I customize Home 4 Elementor page with my own categories, placement of the categories on the main and side bars. Change the footer and header. I looked at all the widget pages and Elementor and could not figure it out. Also how can I remove change the users that show up on the site. When I go to the member page on the Pages section I see only one user – me. How do I change the categories so that they show up in the new category section on Home 4. Thanks for your help.

I highly encourage that you read the documentation first, it would save you a lot of time
1. You can add your own categories from the Videos menu (screenshot).
Then, edit the page with Elementor, you can choose the widget and change its settings such as Title, Data Source … etc from the left panel. Also, you can remove/add or duplicate any existing widget with Elementor plugin. Other widgets such as Right Side and Bottom can be found at the Appearance > Widgets page2. To remove the Members menu item, navigate to Appearance > Menus, select the menu and just remove the members item (screenshot).

For example, the documentation lists where the side bars are located but when I go to the Footer area under “appearance” and “theme”, each of the Footer Box 1-4 are blank and do not have the information on the template model that I want to change – for example, About Us.
I could not find the place where I can edit the other two sidebars.
For Members/Users, As a person applies via the sign in, I assign them a role and they will show up automatically on the front page menu area on the left as in your model? Or should I be working with a widget to set things up? Thanks

It should have a dark section on the footer because of white texts such as title, author, post views, and the post date, imagine, what if you have an image with white background? it is hard to see the texts, anyways, you can paste this CSS snippet to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field to hide the dark section:.post-grid .bg-overlay {

Firstly, I suggest that you update the WP Video Encoder plugin to the latest version, its current version is 1.1.3.
It seems your FFmpeg does not support fragment options, you may reinstall the FFmpeg software with full fragmentation and try again. I hope it works.how to delete and change category name. Can you help me?

You can manage the Video categories from the Videos menu (screenshot).
If you asked for modifying the categories from the homepage, just edit the page with Elementor and you can adjust something as you wish such as the title and data source. That is a sample Ad and used for demo purposes, you can navigate to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Player section and clear the AdTag URL field.

Did you mean the advertisement? (screenshot), if so, at the moment, the theme only supports Ads from Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense network, or any VAST-compliant ad server, which means if you have those Ad accounts, you could run ads by providing their AdTag URL.
The next update will support your own Ads, it will support your own Video and Image Ad with pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll types, this feature will be the next level of the theme.

Yes, it is supported, the theme supports any iframe tags, however, as you might know, you can’t use the built-in player of the theme and the Auto-Thumbnail feature, which means you can’t run Ad on the iframe and you will need to upload the thumbnail image manually.

1. Firstly, I highly encourage that you read the documentation, it would help you a lot, you will need to verify your purchase and activate all required plugins, you could import sample data and adjust something as you wish.
Please read Upload Video section, you can paste the iframe tag to the Media field instead of uploading file (screenshot).
2. To change the red color, I’m afraid you would need to understand CSS knowledge, you may write your own CSS, don’t change the streamtube/style.css file

1. The theme and all its required plugins should work fast, the website performance depends on many reasons such as hosting connection, active plugins … etc, I wish but I’m not able to share with you what exactly the problem is.
Please read this tutorial The Ultimate Guide to Boost WordPress Speed & Performance
You may:- Choose the best hosting/server for WordPress
- Deactivate all unused plugins
- Install the cache plugin
- Use Cloudflare https://www.cloudflare.com
- Use the Smush plugin to optimize and compress images https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/
2. The encode message appears since you have activated the WP Video Encoder plugin, it requires FFmpeg software to work, otherwise it cannot encode your file to HLS, which means you will need a dedicated server or a VPS with FFmpeg installed on your server (documentation)
If you installed FFmpeg, you can configure the plugin from the Appearance > Customize > WP Video Encoder section.
Otherwise, you can deactivate the WP Video Encoder plugin from the Plugins page and make sure you uploaded the MP4 – H264 codec format file instead.
Also, If you only embed videos from other websites, you can deactivate the plugin.
