Hi there, yes, you can sync external services with your site. Prices can be different on Booking.com and your site. When someone books a room, dates will blocked in calendars/ About Multilanguage – we provide pot files which you have to translate. I have better solution than Polylang, but you have to send me request using my support area

Hi there, yes, you can use 3rd party plugin, but you can’t use our elements like Rooms, DataPicker, etc. Also you will get default styles from your plugin. I advice to use Hotel booking plugin. It’s very flexible plugin with sync of Booking.com and another services

I cannot open a support ticket as I bought this theme years ago and my 6 months support has expired. I am also not going to pay and extra $50 for a support ticket just to try fix my website that was working perfectly before your update. There was nothing wrong with my website for years, and now it is broken due to the developer update. Why must I pay $50 so you can fix it?

3. Yes, I provide demo installation and plugins documentations. You have to read them to unerstand how to adjust Accomodations
4. You can create custom attributes for search
5.Booking plugin has variables prices, so you can adjust room flexibly
6. You have to understand that it’s not Directory theme. It’s Hotel theme. As I said you can create custom attributes and you search Accomodations between attributes
7.I don’t understand where you want to use subscription. it’s not Directory theme where different customers can submit Listings. We don’t provide any subscription plugins.
8. Theme supports WooCommerce, so you can use any WooCmmerce PaymentGateway
9. You can write me via email, but I provide support via ticket system and all support comes via Ticksy
10-12. It’s not Listing theme and as result there is no radius option

I bought your theme, install your demo data twice but when it’s done, there is many issues. - All pages are not full width by default. I have to manually change page template to make theme lok like the demo. - The footer is not full width too - When I try to edit page, everytime I take many seconds to Firefox to fully load it. Everytime time I have an alert saying “This page slowing down Firefox”. Looks like JS issue…
Till now, I am not very statisfied… I contact you to ask you upload demo data to have the same as demo, and the whole thing work correctly in backoffice. I bought the theme for a client website. If we can’t manage to make the theme work correctly, I should ask you for a refund.

Pre-sales question. I have three suites of two types(three of one type “red” and three of type “green”). I want to show-case these 2 types in airbnb and bookingcom. When someone book one suite of type “red” in airbnb I want the bookings to be updated in airbnb, bookingcom and the website to 2 remaining of type “red” and 3 remaining to type “green”. When all 3 suites of type “red” got booked from airbnb or bookingcom i want to have the list as non uvailable in airbnb, bookingcom and website automatically.
Is this something feasible?

Hi there, I don’t know how sync goes between airbnb and booking, but if someone books the room from airbnb or booking, your site calendar has sync and blocks booking of this room. You don’t have overbooking from the site

So its possible that i have to update the listings manually in these platforms, there is not any mechanism that update the listing status in booking and airbnb behind the scenes.
When a room is booked from website or bookingcom, then i might have to update the status in airbnb listings. And when a room is booked through website or airbnb, i might have to update bookingcom listings. Did i get it right?

If room is booked on your site, airbnb and booking blocks calendar automatically from your site. If someone books a room on bookingcom, these dates also blocks automatically on your site also.
How can I change of position CURRENCY AND PRICE? Defoult is Currency and Price (i.e. PLN2700) – I would likt to get a PRICEand CURRENCY with space (i.e. 2700 PLN) in both places: at the offers and simillar offers at the bottom of page.
