- if I will use this template for an e-commerce application for myself every one can access the website for free and make orders for what they want but, for sure the sellers have to pay me to be able to add their products to the e-commerce application is that okay with the regular license?
- Is it allowed to remove the credits on the footer or not?

If you want to use a Multi-vendor marketplace, you need to buy an app for your store. For example, you can refer: https://www.bigcommerce.com/apps/multi-vendor-marketplace-by-webkul/ You can change anything on your website including the credits on the footer.
