Theme installed successfully but “demo content installation” gives an error.log when trying to do it. Did this several times and its not host problem so the developers of this theme have to check this out. I have already sent email and waiting for them to fix this. If they do I will update this comment. Thanks!

I like your theme. Before I would buy it, please give me some information. Will it work successfully on Wordpress version 6.1.1 and PHP 8.1, 8.2? Are certain customizations possible, such as changing the current pen pointer, can something else be set? Also, can the preloader image (pen box) be turned off, can another image be placed? What is the situation with the two pens in the menu, can they be manipulated? Thanks!

Hi, I had an issue while installing the Kidscool Pro plugin. I managed to import the demo content but it did not import the full demo content. I did send you a support email and you replied to send the FTP and WP login details which I sent to your support email support@wedesignthemes.com

Thats the error message we got while installing the plugins. All plugins installed correctly except Kidscool Pro

It installed but afterwards now it says “There has been a critical error on this website….” and im completely locked out of my backend and front end.
This is a fresh install of wordpress with just your theme.
Wordpress 6.1.1. PHP 7.4 and also tried 8.0.

The “fixed” plugin now results in total site failure, front end and back end. Can’t you guys spin up a fresh wordpress 6.1.1 install and try it yourselves? You’ll no doubt get the same error.
To install that plug in separately is not going to work for everyone else that buys your theme….
If you upload a new version of the theme I’ll try another fresh wordpress 6.1.1 install and try it out for you.

I am a server tech and web designer. I have installed hundreds of wordpress themes and never had this problem before. What version of wordpress and PHP are you using? I have told you I’m using wordpress 6.1.1 and PHP 7.4.
Would you like any other specs of my system?
I have noticed your Software Version only goes to 6.0.x. However this is a brand new theme and everyone will most likely be using 6.1.x or higher going forward.
