Many clients are reporting issues with the website freezing or working very slow. This only happens in desktop and Google Chrome so far for what I hear. We tried this in several computers some of them i7 processor and with very fast internet connectivity.

It seems that the problem is more persistent in the product page even though it has less load of videos and etc.

What can we do about it?

Hi! So I love this theme, have been using it since July 21’. I have an issue with certain products where the correct size or variant is not being added to cart. I just found out via assistance with Shopify that on certain (random) product pages, the variant IDs are not carried within the URL once added to cart. For example I have a black bikini bottom whereas if someone were to add size L/XL, it adds size XS/S.

Another example: I just added a third variant to my best selling pants a couple of days ago. Now whenever someone adds to cart, only the first option for each variant is added regardless of selection. Even if I recreate the same product page from scratch, this still happens.

I tested a Shopify based theme and the problem doesn’t occur anymore, however I would very much prefer to keep using this theme!

Shopify advised me to reach out to the theme developer for this and that that variant IDs must be apart of each variant URL. How can we add this or fix the coding so that this issue is fixed?
