Hi there, I got some issue in lumi theme that I purchased. After I import any block and for existing blocks I can remove the sections. After I click X for any section it stays same. Can you help me with this ?
And the second thing is, I can’t setup multiple sites for accessing UI elements , how should I do that ?

I think there is some issue with “Hamburger menu icon” on mobile sometimes while console is showing this error “caught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ’<’ (at uicore-global.js:4:53)”

Hello, usualy this means that there is some html markup containing a script inside the custom js field.
َAfter investigation, found out that the problem is within UiCore framework, disabling it fixes the issue!
Well it’s fixed weirdly after removing Google analytics script !
Hello, the error suggests that a script tag wasn’t closed properly, so please check your Google Analytics code and make sure it was copied correctly. It’s also recommended you add your code to Theme Options – Custom – Custom Content in Header.

Hi, the bug you reported was fixed in the yesterday’s update. About the compatibility with Hide My WP Ghost, it’s not as simple as it looks, and it requires a lot of code rewriting on our end. We’ll do our best to implement it, but we don’t have an exact estimate for it.
You’re exaggerating too much. It’s just a font‘s url link, you just need to replace the url. This made me wait for two months.
It may sound easy, but our code rarely uses absolute paths, and there are a lot of references to that font file. Again, we’re doing our best to implement this in a timely manner.

I’m having problem saving changes in Lumi’s dashboard. I can’t save any change, it says “Error!” clicking on “Save”. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, clearing my cache and it didn’t work. What can I do? The theme is installed but I can’t make changes, I can’t even put my logo on the website.
I found the solution, I’ve configured a maintenance redirect in my website. That was making mixed HTTPS and HTTP. Thanks anyway

Hello, go to Theme Options – Updates – Reconnect. In the next screen, choose “Transfer”. This will automatically transfer the license from staging to live.
I customized the login page but it doesn’t work when changing the url of the login page. How can I add a filter to the child theme in order to let the theme knows the new login url ? I used the plugin “WPS Hide login”.

Ok, you still need to follow the instructions in ticket #2722. Keep in mind this is a custom solution made for you, and it’s not directly included in the update. The last update included the modified plugin file, which was required at point 1 in the ticket. You still need to implement points 2 and 3 for this to work.

Hello, the homepage demos are one-page, but there is also a set of inner pages to use with the homepages. The comment about speed was related to mobile speed test, which as explained in that comment, is not relevant, since most of the test results are bad.
