Dear Pagick, my website was all fine 2 days ago, but suddenly “502 Bad Gateway” error occurred. I checked the server and found it is trying to visit a URL but failed, which caused it to crash. I enclosed the two screenshots below. Please help because I don’t have any clue why it will suddenly failed to visit the URL.

If yes, then you should do the following:

1) rename this folder “datebook” on FTP to “datebook2”: /wp-content/plugins/datebook

2) now, the admin page must open, go to it: http://yoursite/wp-admin

3) go to plugins: WordPress -> Plugins.

4) rename this folder “datebook2” on FTP to its original name “datebook”: /wp-content/plugins/datebook

5) activate the DateBook plugin here: WordPress -> Plugins.

6) now, you should install all required data here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Theme Install -> do all three steps.

7) now, go to the theme options: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Security -> disable this option “Restrict Users to Administrator area” and this “Hide the WordPress Admin Login Page”. After that, click the button “Save”.

Done!

I see your website. You saved insecure URLs: http instead of https.

You have to set a secure connection here: WordPress -> Settings -> in these fields “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)”, replace “http” with “https”.

After that, go to the theme options and check whether all URLs have https: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> check all URLs for http -> Save.

Done!

You can control all profiles right on their pages. For example: go to some profile page. There on the page, you can see the Administration Dashboard. Click on it to expand it. You mean: Uploaded image is not able to be seen in the Verification panel?? If yes, then where you cannot see it? In the user account or profile page? Verification image can be seen in the user account only, not publicly.

Good day. Ok, I see. Just ignore the message from WooCommerce about outdated templates. This is normal. WooCommerce always displays that message when finds some changes in its templates. DateBook has WooCommerce templates in its folder.

It seems you did not complete the installation completely or did not enable Subscription fully. It is easy to enable Subscription.

Does this theme allows any other payment gateway. I have tried to upload and install a plugin. But it has disable the site. Now i had to remove the plugin to allow the site to function. Any help on that?. Thanks!

Yes, you can install any payment gateway supported by WooCommerce. Yeah, sometimes some gateway plugins may work incorrectly. Usually, some JavaScript conflicts may occur. You have to manually correct such issues.

How to activate WooCommerce. Go here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Subscription tab -> What kind of Subscription to use? -> select WooCommerce Subscription

After that, install and activate WooCommerce and your gateway plugin.

Hi. What message do you see after registration? Try to register a new profile and see what message is displayed in profile account page (for example: go to “Messages” page, frontend). See screenshot https://ibb.co/dgShyBm

Meanwhile, check if these options are enabled. If these options are enabled then they do not allow to activate a new profile until a user completes his profile:

1) Subscription plans, here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Subscription plans.

2) Gateways, here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Gateways.

3) Image upload, here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Profile -> Users must upload a photo before using the website

4) Email verification: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Profile -> User must verify his email after registration

5) Profile complete: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Profile -> User must complete his profile before using the website

1) You should change the color of the header here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Header -> Overlay color of Header on Home page. See screenshot https://ibb.co/cxxdFSq

2) You can change the color of the welcome text manually only. Go here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Header -> Welcome message -> click on the text tab -> add the CSS style to the text. See screenshot https://ibb.co/1Jy6Gcd

3) Logo background works for first and second positions only. Try to select them and see resilts here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Logo -> Logo position.

4), 5) and 6) Background colors of Top menu should be selected here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Top menu -> Top menu: background color. See screenshot https://ibb.co/z66zQcn

Try to use all the theme settings first without any other plugins. Disable all plugins but DateBook. For example, cache plugin does not allow to update the CSS styles and see current results. As you can see on our screenshots, all color options work properly. We do not use any cache plugin.

Also, sometimes some servers silently display cached pages. Try to check it on your site.
