Hi, i really like this theme, i’m about to purchase it but there’s something holding me back.
I’m on my monitor 2560×1440 and almost all of the grids have a maximum of 2 columns, and sometimes there are three columns but the fourth column jumps to other line, so it really looks weird. Even though the https://pofo.themezaa.com/portfolio-four-columns/ i only see three columns aligned left…

We have tested Pofo HTML template and Pofo WordPress theme both in Windows and Mac monitor 2560 X 1440 in all browsers and it is loading portfolio grid of 2, 3, 4, 5 columns fine. Can you please remove your browser cache and check again. If you still face the issue then can you please share your device, OS and browser details, so we can try to replicate the issue same way.

The images you see in demo site are not the part of theme package due to licensing limitation and that we have already mentioned in item description also as per Envato policy. We are providing placeholder demo images with recommended size mentioned in it, so you can upload your own images there as per your website requirements.

The contact form on the single page site has issue. Others might too, but I’ve only tried to use that one. When viewing on mobile, when I go to input something into the subject field, the keyboard only allows me to use numbers. Every other field works fine. This is an obvious issue as I can’t type a subject with numbers. Please advise.

Hi, When I updated WPBakery, the site breaks. Also, it’s asking me to update the Pofo Add-ons plugin but gives me the error message that it can’t be updated because it’s not available. How can I update WPBakery without breaking the site? Nothing displays properly after I update it, so then I have to restore to the previous backup. I can’t create a support ticket because our support expired, but as a purchaser of this theme, we are promised viable updates, and this falls under that category. Thank you.

instead of using an image as the main logo, I preferred to use a text. So I edited the style.css file like this:
line 2315 – header a.logo {display: inline-block; vertical-align: middle; color: # 232323; font-family: 'Montserrat', sans-serif; font-weight: bold; font-size: 26px; / * max-height: 26px; * /}
line 3674 – footer a.footer-logo {display: inline-block; vertical-align: middle; color: # 232323; font-family: 'Montserrat', sans-serif; font-weight: bold; / * font-size: 28px; * / max-height: 28px;}

This approach avoids, in the case of simple logos, having to use a photo editing software to create all versions of the logo at different resolutions and with different backgrounds.

I think this feature would be useful: sometimes, with particular screen resolutions of the client device used (for example smartphones), the popup shows the image at the same size as the portfolio gallery … Isn’t it?

There are no quick steps or code change to add/change fields in the contact form. You can please consult your developer to customise the ready contact form and php code as per your need.
As a basic guidance, you can add file upload field in your form and customise the form code in /email-templates/contact-form.php file.
