Regrettably, the Relevanssi plugin no longer appears to function properly with Woodmart or other themes. The search page often displays only blog posts, but not any product listings. I tested it with different scenarios and settings. Does not work.

Hello The prices for some products are not showing when I select the Product Style [Show summary on hover option] but when I select [Icons on Hover] all products show the prices how to fix this?
Note: I am not using any theme presets, and this just happened suddenly.

I solved it! When I un-check the button [Enable product reviews] in the WooCommerce Settings > Products > General, it hides the Star options and [Enable star rating on reviews] remains checked. WoodMart CSS kept the stars in the product card and these stars were pushing the price up. I checked [Enable product reviews] then unchecked [Enable star rating on reviews] and finally unchecked [Enable product reviews] again, and it was solved! I think in case of unchecking [Enable product reviews] without unchecking [Enable star rating on reviews] you need to change your CSS into {display: none;} instead of {visibility: hidden} for the stars. I hope you fix this in the upcoming updates or patches.

Hey , recently we’ve purchased this Multi-purpose theme , and we currently hosted 3 websites using this. And when we tried to host fourth one , its saying we need to activate this theme and can only use one website with this theme . Please consider this as a ticket and help us to fix the issue .

One regular license allows you to use our theme for a single project only. If you are going to create multiple websites with our theme, then you need to purchase one regular license per domain.

But we’ve used the same theme for 3 websites already , the message pops up when tried to do the same for Fourth domain.
By using one regular license for multiple websites you violate Envato License Policy. Now you have to purchase one license per website or uninstall our theme from them. We allow our theme to be activated 3 times on one website. It means that you can use it on your development clone of the website too. But it doesn’t mean that you can use it for different projects.

I am using Dokan with your theme, and when someone purchase an item or subscribe to a plan, and visit the item page again after purchased, he must see something like “download” instead of add to cart button, because he already purchased that product or subscribed to a plan.
Its like add custom text “You own this product” then showing “download” button or swaping add to cart into Download.
So, the customer can download directly from product page “Similar to Envato”
Can we do something like that using the theme it self? or with any integrated tools that work smothly with the theme? coz using WooCommerce solution keep showing add to cart button!!

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

The issue is that the Variation image Gallery is not working properly and the answer was this:
“In order for the single product gallery to work correctly, it is necessary either that all variations have additional images or that no variation has additional images.”
It seems pretty clear to me that there is an issue/bug here that needs to be fixed.

The product thumbnails gallery is replaced by the variation images if they are uploaded. If the variation doesn’t have any images uploaded then the gallery will not be changed when you select this variation. It is not a bug the way it works at the moment.

can we ask you to help because support is not helping (we have 4 versions and valid support.. but they only break our links structure).
we have a problem with the tempate product categories: 1. when we select to show ONLY PRODUCTS – template SHOWS BOTH: subcategories and products; 2. when we select to show ONLY SUBCATEGORIES: template SHOWS THEM TWICE.
this looks as a problem for us…please let us know how could we get this standard woo function. our category has too many subcategories and we want either not to show them at all, either to show only subcategories… THE OPTION TO SHOW SUBCATEGORIES TWICE is really bad.

We loaded Elementor instead of WP Bakery and don’t like it. How can we add WP Bakery in? I don’t see an option to do that anywhere. We own 5 copies of this theme, and I’ve already renewed support in the past. There should be a more cost effective way of getting a question answered, rather than spending another $40 for access to the support forum.

You can uninstall Elementor and then remove dummy content in WoodMart -> Prebuild websites. After this, you can install WPBakery and import the dummy content for this builder.

Problem is, we have already built the website! I did find how I could uninstall Elementor and add in WPBakery, but our landing page was all messed up, so I had to reload a backup. The Woo Commerce items seemed ok though, when WPBakery was loaded. In this case are we stuck using Elementor because the site was built using it (even though we didn’t “use” Elementor to design the pages?
Do you mean that you used Elementor to build your pages? In this case, you are not able to switch to WPBakery because then you will have to recreate all the content with WPBakery elements.
We “loaded” the theme with Elementor. We did NOT use Elementor features to “build” any pages. In fact, other than the index/landing page, we haven’t even created any pages yet. We’ve only been loading the Woo Commerce items. We have the stylesheet for the Index page, so if that’s the only “page” that’s been built so far, can we just deactivate Elementor, load WPBakery, and then load our stylesheet back in for the index page? Thanks.

There is a bug on the search result page, when using the Woodmart theme.
If I go to ?s=Unica (all types) then there is nothing wrong and I see the search result page as expected. But unfortunately if I go to ?s=Unica&post_type=product I will get a blank empty page. Note: There is only ONE product in WooCommerce with the name ‘Unica’.
This ONLY happens when you search to a unique product name, so if you search to a name that matches multiple products, then you see the search result as expected.
Please help me out!
