I have an issue with my two sites. When a page updates, it stops scrolling. I need to refresh the page a few times, then after it starts working properly. Initially I thought it may be related to cache problem, so I disabled the cache plugin. But the story is same. What could be the reason?
Sorry I missed to mention that when I am on edit page. it never scrolls, I have to scroll through the navigator to edit a page. I am using elementor free version as page builder

My support has expired but I’m facing a huge amount of recurring Nginx bad gateway errors and a slower site.
I trully belive that other users have similar issues has this is a problem with the template scripts.
The log file is showing massive amount of script errors and query errors. We ask you to please fix this scripts errors.
Errors like this result in broken php connection, that will show the gateway error on the website and we need you to please to debug the scripts and fix it.

According to the log, these errors are not related to our theme. Sorry, but fixing such errors is out of our theme support scope.

Then something must be wrong has the issues with the Xray Profiler only happens with yours theme active.
We don’t know why it happens with the theme but the error clearly states that there is a critical error in the profiler files.
I know my support period has expired, but I have a very simple question, can you tell me if there is an option to add a popup to an image, icon or whole block ? Thanks. I’ve only seen the option to customize the popup to a button. Thank you

You can use our popup element with button only. You can’t use an icon or image as a button for your popup.

Hi there, I bought your theme and installed it. But I have some problems. I have everything updated and also have ELEMENTOR PRO bought, and when I import a demo I did not know why nothing was working until I disabled the LAYOUTS and BOOM, everything is working so there is a problem with the LAYOUTS.
Also when I go to EDIT a LAYOUT with elementor, I see that there is nothing there as you can see in the screenshots here.

Finally I managed to make it work. i had to uninstall Elementor and Elementor PRO and install it again and this time everything works ok. Thank you

We are quitting using the woodmart in our project , because of needed to download file via cURL and low speed in our location and absolutely its hard to us to find the theme like that with lots of options , and also thank you for respecting the HTML 5 Semantic tag in your theme
and if you fixed those dependency for use , we can pay for it again as much as you want.

So instead of vertically expanding sub-menu items (i.e. in a webshop) it’s possible to navigate/slide “horizontally” to the levels below. On the last level, it’s also possible to “Show all” products from a certain category.

A better UX from the mobile navigation would lift the Woodmart theme substantially, as >60% on our traffic is coming via Mobile Devices.

Hello, Why do you not have the Header Builder > “Configure Sticky navigation settings” options also on the Theme Settings > Sticky navigation??
Obviously people want that. I do. It makes so much sense to have it there … more than where the settings currently are. When will it be added?? 
I’d like to change the appearance of the burger icon, only open the menu on click and not hover, and close menu on mouse leave. Also, there should be icon size options.
I’d love to be able to use the options mentioned above!
Until then, how can I make the left side sticky navigation only open when clicking the burger icon? And where can I change the icon sizes for the sticky nav?

Currently, we don’t have plans to add these options. But we will review this ability and consider this as a feature request for our future updates.

3. WoodMart has basic support for the Gutenberg editor. But we are working on a big update that will include full support for Gutenberg.

This error has no relation to the described issue. Could you please clarify how did you conclude the the issue is caused by the theme?

No Other Plugins on the Site Also I have another site doing the same job it has a different theme such problems never happen on that site we encounter such problems only on the site where the woodmart theme is installed
In this case, we need to be able to reproduce it on your website to see what is wrong. Otherwise, it is not possible to understand if the issue is caused by WoodMart or not.
I just installed the prebuilt theme Marketplace and in the Prefooter section, it has this:

But I cannot find an HTML Block 258 in the HTML Blocks section.
Am I missing something?
Is there supposed to be an HTML Block 258 somewhere that I can edit that is located somewhere else?
Please help me. I have purchased so many theme licenses from you in the past and I don’t currently have support left on any of them.

It looks like the HTML Block was not imported correctly or has a different ID. Check your HTML blocks section and try to find the prefooter HTML Block.

This is the best Woocommerce theme and because of that it deserves to have a proper system to post “Feature requests”. Consider using a Tools for Tracking Feature Requests, there are many alternatives (free and paid): https://www.feedbear.com/blog/feature-request-software and even a free plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-feature-requests/
Your feature request forum is fine. But there, we can not vote for for the feature requests we need. And, I guess that it have to be hard for you to manage.
