Hello, I bought this team. However, I have issues installing it. First I have this error when i choose the option to upload the theme:
“The file you uploaded, amwerk.zip, contains a virus so the upload was canceled: YARA.webshell_obfuscated.UNOFFICIAL FOUND”.
Then secondly, I have this error when I try to install the amwerk plugin after I have successfully installed the theme via the wordpress upload:
“Downloading installation package from /home/comvoinh/csybr.com/wp-content/themes/amwerk/plugins/amwerk.zip…
Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
Please kindly help

I have also raised this issue with my web host and they said it is a vulnerability and that they will not allow the plugin to work. And alternatively I can choose to use another theme. And I just purchased the theme today, a few hours ago.

Rest assured that our themes do not contain referenced vulnerability – it is most likely false positive recorded by security software on the side of your hosting.
We have no solution for this, as we can not change the theme code to accommodate security software of hosting environments which record and report false positive findings.

Hello. Thank you for you response. I took my time to reinstall the theme using a windows laptop. This time, it worked. I previously did the installation using my Mac M1. I am not particularly sure why the above error occurred. But I will still try and monitor the whole installation. So far, I have completed the installation and installed the Hamburg. I will notify you if i had further problems.

Hello, can we have a faster way to have tickets submitted being resolved a little faster. Resolving a single ticket per day is really dragging. I have issues with my menu positioning, sent in my logins for someone to check out but I got a different response and nothing was done to fix the menu on other pages. Thanks

You must have imported the demo content prior to activating WooCommerce plugin.
If you want the products and respective pages to be imported, WooCommerce needs to be activated before you attempt the import.

This most likely indicates the server side php error while reading the import xml file – most likely not enough memory or something similar.
Please make sure that your server settings are in line with the required – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/amwerk/getting-started/ .
In order to exactly pinpoint the issue, you can either take a look at the php error log on your server, or the network tab in Developer tools while performing the import – the error message might be visible in response of wp-ajax call.

Post max vars, request.max_vars and max_execution_time are not usually bottlenecks.
Usually the cause in these cases id memory limit put upon php.
What does the php server error log say?

When you try to visit it over https, it shows the warning – https://www.pcm-machinery.net/
This means that your https certificate has expired or it is not properly configured.
You should contact your hosting, as this is something that needs to be resolved on the server level and is not within the scope of theme’s functionality

Your server returns 403 Forbidden error during access to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
As portfolio related data is loaded using ajax, this prevents images to be loaded.
You need to allow access to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php – it is possible that some security plugin or hosting related firewall does this.

URGENT – WEBSITE CRASHED AFTER WP6.2 UPDATE! Hello, my entire website has crashed and I am unable to use your theme at all. I am able to use other themes though. This happened right when the 6.2 update occured. I urgently need a fix, we have had to roll back to our old website. Is the issue with your theme being outdated? Have you tested your theme on WP 6.2?

If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products, there is a field Shop Page. This page defines the template for all WooCommerce archive pages.

Get a quote button is a widget, you can find it on Appearance > Widgets panel, Header Menu Widgets widget area.
Related to custom HTML, you can use bold builder’s Raw Content element. It allows you to place custom HTML/JS content at the desired position on the page.
