This is getting a bit silly… The theme was last updated on 30 September 2023, yet all Themeforest users have been received Plugin update notices in the back end for the following update – that we don’t have access to. Some of them since 4 October!

What is the point of annoying your customers with update notifications, if you do not provide a way to updated them when they’re released. Instead your customers need to waiting until you relase an entire theme update.

We currently run three licenses for your products, and this is becoming annoying. There must be a way for you to professionally push out propriatary plugin updates immedialy, like so many other theme authors do.

I reached out to you a few weeks ago to report that the categories on my website were disappearing randomly a few days later. You informed me that it was a server-side issue. You accessed my admin page, conducted a category creation test, and then said it was working, which was expected.

I contacted my hosting provider, who told me that my server cannot delete categories on its own. Could there be a malicious script involved? Is there a limit? I previously had 360 categories, but now only 153 remain between yesterday and tonight.

I just reinstalled my website from scratch, and this bug is simply unbearable. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, how did they resolve it?

Hello, I have noticed that the platform allows you to post a video, is it possible to post several videos?

Is it possible to integrate a business directory within classima, or would we need to purchase something like Listygo and run it via a subdirectory?

Within the theme a number of addons are promoted, we have purchased a number of them. In relation to the OTP phone verification addon, we have been able to get that working on the internal (existing user) account details page with no problem, however we have not been able to get that working for new users.

In response to our support ticket ID# 67256, your support member simply responded with “Actually, it’s not our theme or plugin related problem , that’s why we didn’t face the issue for any other clients. Maybe, the problem appears for the 3rd party plugins. ​To fix this issue, you can turn off all plugins and activate them one by one to figure out which one of them is causing the error.”

We had already gone through the normal trouble shooting, and with every plugin disabled (except for those essential to the theme), the issue for new users registration remained where nothing could be typed into the code verification box.

Do you have a new user demo page showing it working?

The troubleshot and progress the issue, we have purchased another classima license, and have changed the license for that plugin to work on our new test site. The intention being to install a brand new fresh copy with no other addons, and to see if the verification plugin works or not – wich will tell us if it’s a bug, right?

But then we ran into the same issue of the theme demo content not importing correctly, as we found to be the case previously. So to data the import hasn’t work on with SiteGround (being promoted by Envato) and two other well known hosting providers.

I asked for help with the import via ticket ID# 67628, which also sets out what we’re trying to acheive with trooubleshooting of the addon plugin we purchased.

We’ve found that at times you have fantastic support, and at other times it’s some of the worst I have experienced. There appears to be one person particular team member who dismisses everything, only for the same issue to be acknowledged and resolved later by someone else. As your support team never includes a name in their responses, that one bad egg can make the whole team look bad.

Given our long term experience with Envato, it is very unusual for support team members to not sign off with a name, it also make communication more personable and professional.

I was told ID# 66996 would be fixed on Monday if we provided admin access, which wwe did; but it seems to have been overlooked. This issue is crippling two licensed sites.
