I just installed this theme and the demo and all I am getting is. There has been a critical error on this website..

I have disabled all the plugins just what is required and still the same error.

How are the levels managed?

Are you able to determine what is allowed at each level? How does the auto renewal work?

Are our businesses able to post events and then have all these events shown in a calendar?

Currently have another directory theme that is no longer working so just trying to figure out if I switch. Your UI looks great.

Hello! I can’t add Operation Hours to my list item. It is checked in the admin panel in the listing edit screen. But it is not shown on the published page. Demo listings that was imported are displayed correctly. The problem is only with the new list items.

Hello! I have bug. On a listing item page I have added youtube link, for example https://www.youtube.com/@channel. But the theme automatically changed it to https://www.youtube.com/user/chanel which is not supported by Youtube. How can I resolve this problem? I can’t add a link on youtube on the list page.

In the listing details page – that is when looking at the details of one listing – there is a section towards the bottom of the screen, titled Browse the map. It has a map indicating where the listing is locations and some buttons around it. The buttons say Directions, GPS, the location, the category and find similar. Those buttons are not working on my website. As in, nothing happens when you click on them.

How do I correct this?

PLEASE IGNORE FOUND IT – Is there a way to make the Search to look for everything about the listing without having to select what category or area. For example I would like to search for ‘coffee’. I know I have a listing with a ‘coffee’ in the description or services offered. So if I had a listing called McDonalds I would expect that to come up even though the listing title doesnt have ‘coffee’ text.

I have some questions:

1. Time Zones: I am doing a directory for Latin-Australia Businesses located in Australia, and we will have visits from different parts of the world, most from Latin America. When the Business sets up its operating hours, can the user see them in their time zone? Also, businesses are located in different time zones in Australia.

2. Listing package Upgrade: If a business starts with a medium package, is there an option to upgrade to a bigger package with the same listing?

3. Is there an option to reduce the size of the buttons on the user dashboard?
