The Plugin WP bakery is telling me that un update is required.
I am running Version 6.6.0 and It is telling me to update to version 7 however when I try to update the plugin through the theme update installer it wont allow me to update. Any ideas

Hi, the theme adds a Google Maps connection, although no map is integrated and no connection is setup in the theme settings. Can this be avoided?

If you don’t use the map, you can leave google map api key
Misunderstanding. The theme makes a connection to maps.googleapis.com, although there is no maps api key entered in the config. How to avoid that?
You can remove google map script from theme manually via code
OK, you mean removing from files via child theme? Can you give an info where exactly and how? Maybe interesting also for others. In Euopean Union it is law to not have such connections in the US, when users do not explicitely agree via cookie consent.

So I have to hack the theme in order to get rid of it? Can this be overwritten by child theme somehow?

The newest version of the theme was installed already (2.9) I uninstall the Calendar plugin v6 and installed the Events Plugin from Appearances (5.0.3 I think) as instructed. but, Now, v6.0.3.1 is showing as installed. But the pages still look bad. All the events I have were merged over to the v6 format
V6 doesn’t support current templates. They changed structure of plugin. If you want to use our demo design, install v5. I think we will use default design with our colors and fonts

Even though I purchased the new version (2.8), after importing the demo with all in one WP plugin, I realized that some things aren’t the same as it appears in the demo. Also, if I click on the view for the donation, it redirects to homepage.

Hello. We continue to enjoy using the theme. However, I’ve noticed The Events Calendar element for WPBakery has some quirks recently. It no longer removed expired events. Also, the sorting seems to have gone away. So, past events are shown and not sorted by most recent. Is this a known issue? Is there a quick fix. Thanks for your time. LC

MailPoet up from 3.89.1 is not working with the 2.7 version. They moved MailPoet\Models\Form and the admin settings file requires it.
It works with 3.89.0.

Hi, I recently updated the theme to the latest version 2.7 and the website has crashed showing a white screen critical error on the website. When I tried to debug it by deactivating all plugins I found a direct correlation with the plugin Redux Framework. As I dug deeper and tested the same plugin on a default theme (Twenty Twenty 2) it threw no errors. Can you let me know what is causing the issue in the latest update of the theme?

I purchased and activated this theme on an existing test website. When I tried to install the plugins the site crashed and I received a Critical error message. I then deleted the entire test site and created a new one but when I tried to activate the Theme Code it said the key has already been installed on another website even though that site has ben deleted.
Can you please help me to resolve this issue. I need to start working on building the site for my client asap.

After upgrading to version 2.0.7, I started having issues with submenus. When hovering a submenu, all the children inside, if they had more levels, they would all open. I solve this by changing the line 1588 on styles.css file, adding ”>” like this: .main-navigation .sub-menu-wrap ul li:hover > .sub-menu.
I am aware that this will be replaced by the next update so I want to ask if you guys can fix this in the next update
