Hello We are looking for a theme that can be used in Europe So does Listeo have the option of registering private and company accounts, where the company must provide all registration data. And this data is displayed in the visible company profile or with each offer issued by the company? And if there is such an option, will the search for frontend offers also include the private or corporate option? Does Listeo allow you to add “looking for” offers, e.g. I’m looking for an apartment to rent, I’m looking for transport, I’m looking for a job? Is the procedure for activating a registered account via an activation email sent? Does the account password come to your email in plain text? Is there a field dependency?

we don’t have currently “private/company” accounts but it’s rather easy in implementation and we will add it for one of upcoming updates. we don’t have a “lookin for” type offers but you could use Classified listing type for that purpose.
There’s no field dependency As for registration you can either use option to allow users to pick the password or the password is generated and send vie email
This means that your theme is suitable for listing only corporate offers, because there is no division of corporate and private accounts during registration. In the EU, the password cannot be sent to dares email.
I kept hearing that but please tell me which law exactly says that?

1) How do you deal with canonical url for the listings and their different tabs? I currently have trouble with a Cityguide theme, and Google considers tabs url to be canonical!!!
2) If I have well understood, you don’t deal with Schema structure, as well as H1,H2… tags for blog?

4) How does it perform for ranking?
5) Is he fully responsive (really fully)?

Thank you for your prompt response (both). And glad to see the problem’s been resolved by Envato, at least for me here (I could’nt erase my response last day when I realized there were a technical problem. So I put a ’-’ instead). It always gives a great help for us to look at to responses you give to other customers. It helps to understand the theme in deepth.
Conserning my questions:
1) Currently, with the theme I use (Wilcity), Google mistake the tabs url (ex: myndd/listing?video) for the canonical one. And thus not indexing the main url (.../listing). And sometimes Google even index all the tabs! How do you avoid that? (namely to indicate that the main content (.../listing/) is the main one)
2) Could do you explain briefely why such a choice? How does it affect Google reading then? How do you ensuring listings and blog have the right markups? (Great for H tags. I may have read sometimes here that it didn’t have).
4) lol. How?
(btw, any example of running website that use Listeo and performs?)

ad2. It’s not a choice, just lack of time to implement all the features we want, schema.org support will be added someday for sure
ad4. I assume you wanted some pagespeed type ranking so there are tools to test that, but I guess you asking from SEO point of view. That’s not my expertise unfortunately

How can a vendor add custom tags to a product listing? It seems that these must be pre-defined and he can only select from these tags.
You mean in Dokan? that’s’ up to Dokan, I don’t know if they allow it in pro version or some option

I have used listeo in the past and then stopped using it. I am thinking of using it again. 1 question before I do though – your system for booking at restaurants or for booking appointments – can the availability for those sync. For example – if someone who is lists with you – a restaurant lets say – uses another booking system such as opentable – can you sync availability between these?
I know with the accommodation it can be done via ical – but can the same be done for restaurant table bookings and appointment bookings?

Hello, certain services are subject to VAT. Is it possible to allow the owner to choose the additional VAT (tax) class defined by the administrator which applies to the price or rate?
You can set it globally for all listings, there’s no option currently to allow owner to set the tax type, but maybe it’s good idea, I’ll see how can that be implemented

1) Confusion between listeo and doken.
I configured stripe connect listeo and stripe express dokan. The problem is that on the checkout page, I have two payment methods by stripe bank card. Payment for the listeo configuration and that of the Dokan configuration, whether for the article product or the listeo booking product. And the customer don’t know what to choose. Imagine a customer who chooses the Dokan payment method for a listeo booking product or vice versa, it’s really complicated.
I think it would be best to filter the listeo product reservation checkout page as you did by excluding other means of payment. Same for the normal Dokan product checkout page, exclude any listeo payment method.

2) Concerning the rental type. I think the price per night or day is missing. when I look at other rental sites, there is always a price for renting the apartment or house displayed, something that is not the case. If you can highlight and display the Regular price and the weekend price so that the customer can see and already know the price would be great. But overall everything is OK.

Also point for rental, I am thinking of hotels, or people who can for example rent different rooms or rooms in their house, the possibility for the owner to add rooms (type of room, price, max capacity, surface area, characteristics) . I know that we can do it with the additional service but if we have other additional services other than the room it will get mixed up and it will cause confusion.

Yes, in Listeo Core -> Booking Options -> Remove Guests options from all booking widgets
that will remove it from all listings, but if you want to remove it just from some individual listing, use the Max Guest option and set it to 1, that will hide that option
I am analyzing your listeo theme and I see that if an owner uploads an ad he has the possibility to change the images, thus avoiding to create more ads. Is there any option to avoid this? Thanks

there’s no option to avoid it, but I’ve never ever seen this type of website that would block option to edit content for that reason and I never heard about anyone doing that with the listings
Agreed, but this possibility exists. Maybe some clever person knows how to take advantage of it, changing the images with new content without paying for a new listing. Even do it in the free ones. Is there a possibility to correct this in the future? Anyway thank you very much for the answer.

You can simply create new page for that, it’s just regular static page, it doesn’t need anything special

I’d prefer the mobile view for category listings to display brands/businesses first rather than the map. This way, users won’t miss out on scrolling down, as a map might discourage further exploration.

the layout for that is set in Appearance -> Customize -> Listing List Options, but it’s for all archive pages for listings globally, you can’t set it only on specific category or taxonomy type

Hi! I removed (trash) the product lists with Cyudad Booking category from woocommerce. But, there are other product lists with many duplicates showing under Listeo Booking. What happens if I delete all the product listings under Listeo Bookings?

none of this should show up publicly on your site, the Listeo Booking products are by default hidden, the same should apply for this Dokan Product, please contact us via Support Tab with admin access to your site, I’ll check why those are showing up in store
