Hi The Product Information , the Custom Tab is not showing the correct display both for JSON and Rich Text in metadata.

For example, for in the metadata field when I select RICH TEXT (as i need to bold some headings etc) and do the rest of the configurations, the display looks like below rather than a proper display

Same issue with JSON… When I follow the instructions as in the documentation and do the configurations, the final display is like below rather than a proper key, value table format.

Metafield currently only supports a few formats such as Sigle line text or Multiple lines text, so when you use JSON and Rich Text formats, it will not display as you want.

With the Description tab: we don’t have a separate setting to change size for text of the Description tab. ​But we have a setting to change the body size of the website, when you change this option, it will change the font size for text of the description tab.

I have one other question here please

When I click the Customise theme option, the window that comes up shows two drop down menus..I am confused that there are three options like Dafault, cOLolmbia, International in one drop downmenu and other is where I select the templates, pages etc…

The question is what does these 3 Default, Colombia, International mean? So, If i select Colombia and do a modification on the Homepage, is the change not propagated to International and Dafault? Can you explain how to deal this easily and how the changes are related to these 3 options? Who created these 3 options and how to edit them …say if i want to remove Colombia and International, where can i do it ? What is the overall purpose of halotheme with this option ?

—> Default, Colombia, International is the Context option. Contexts help you adapt your online store experience for different customers.

—> If you choose Colombia and do a modification, it will not affect to other markets.

—> The Default context is used to create a default layout and content that other contexts can inherit or override. Changes made to the Default context apply to all contexts unless they’re overridden.

All of your markets are displayed in the Context drop-down menu. You can select a market to make changes that apply only to that specific context.

I have enabled the Quick View  and Add to Wishlist on the products. I can see the icons of both these funcionalities. However, when I click quick view, nothing happens. I doubled checked all the configurations and settings but I dont see anything that is deactivated. Why is the quick view functionality not working?. The Add to wishlist is working Ok.

It is not a bug with our theme demo data. You see this issue because there are different code structure in 2 theme sources.

Some errors can appear when copying the code from Ella old version to paste into the newest version 6.5.0 because of header and footer in section groups. In the past, header and footer are included in index.json file but now it is not and we also made change in the settings of theme settings in this file: settings_data.json so copying from the old version can appear errors. Don’t worry we offer free support for this if you cannot handle.

Hi Ella theme support: Thank you for the superb theme and for the nice support. I am having one issue. In the product information I dont see any option to reduce/increase the image size. That is, when a customer opens an image on my website, he/she sees all the information like price, SKU, Vendor, buy now and the thumbnails and the main image. However, this main image (image that is displayed when we click the thumbnail) is big in size and as such the customer has to drag up and down to see the complete image. This is something we dont want..So, where can i modify the image ratio so that it is a bit smaller and the user does not have to go forward between clicking the thumbnail and then dragging the screen up and down to see the main image.

Hi, I saw in your product filtering demo that when I use a color as a filter, it shows me the main product but not the given color variant. This means that I want e.g. green, it shows me products that also have a green variant – but it does not convert the variant, the red variant remains on the product display. Is this a bug or intentional?

Hi, sorry but it looks like a bug. I looked at a few other templates that had it handled well. When I choose white in the filters, I want white products (variants) to be displayed. I don’t want black and the others.. It is enough that the white color is active in the selection of variants on the products

If you choose a color, it shows the activated color variants. We think you see it with product images not in that color because we don’t have the corresponding product images to assign for the colors on our demo store. We will make more product images to show it better for our customer’s test

But no difference between our theme and other themes as this theme is using the Shopify default filter function.

We only code to have an extra function “filter by tags” to serve for other demands.

Hi, I tried the demo again and when I click on the blue it looks for products that have the blue variant but doesn’t show it as active among the products. The size is the same.
