You set T&C page in Listeo Core -> Registration, we don’t have option to set such terms per each user

Okay, but would you consider to add a tap with T&C for providers / vendors? I may missed it, but there was no possibility to add any legal information, when adding an event, product or service. When booking or buying a service from someone else on my side, I need to be able to display legal information about that vendor / organizer.. (not being able to link this info in check out process is one thing) but it seems that there is no possibility to insert legal information at all. So the question is, would you consider adding a tap for legal information for vendors / organizers in your update? Thanks

Which is a requirement because when booking an event, a CONTRACT is formed between the CONSUMER (who is booking event from someone else on my platform) and the EVENT ORGANIZER (who is offering event on my platform to consumers). So it must be possible for the event organizer to insert HIS Terms and Conditions on my platform – where can he do that? And when someone books an event he needs to accept those TC prior to buying – how can he do that? Imagine the event organizer has a special return policy which needs to be accepted by consumer bevor booking/buying. How can this policy be agreed upon? It needs to be ticked in the checkout process. PLS tell me you will add that to your theme.
This is very specific request and we can’t to it on demand. No one else requested that yet. You can hire a developer who could add this for you by modyfing booking page
Okay, I understand you won´t do something that is requested by only one person. Still, my attorney said that I (as platform) have to deal with all the complaints of unhappy customers – but if this feature would be added, the contract is formed between consumer and event organizer and consequently organizer has to deal with end user. All users of your theme would massively benefit if they would have the option to let the contract be formed between seller and end user – not platform and end user..

DAC7 will enforce annual reporting obligations for digital online platform if sellers of goods mare more than 30 transactions and for more than EUR 2,000 (in total per year) – other users/sellers are excluded from the platform’s reporting.
I am not sure how theme could be compatible or not with this. It’s up to site owner to do such report annually, not selling platform itself (in this case wordpress theme) to make it “automatically”.
There’s page with sellers transactions summary Theme allows to collect data like name, second name, address or TAX ID if needed. In addition we could add some filtering there and exporting data to csv for example.

Yes, no problem. You can enable the registration process as follows: the user fills out the registration form, and the password is then sent via email with a URL. Without accessing the email, the user cannot log in, so this verifies whether the email is real or not.
I am not sure about your concern regarding this because the user role (guest/owner) is basically a business/personal account type.
The legal notice can be added via the WordPress widget and displayed on every listing page. The listing author is also displayed; in fact, it is on our demo.
Listeo is not a copy of OLX; it’s a multi-purpose directory theme. It may have the features you’re looking for, but it’s not a copy. I am not sure about your expectations/requirements.
HI, I want to build a rental Marketplace (Hourly rent) . In addition I need features like when I am adding listing want o include few premium service in addition to rent. So if renter select those premium features then it will calculate along with rent and give a total. And for automation do I need to enable zappier?

Hi, I want to make a Events Listing Site. Is it possible to make the payment setup so that customers pay event organizer directly? Every event organizer insert their PayPal or Stripe account on the platform and customer will pay directly the organizer without use site as gateway and without site fee …simply keeping track of events booked and payment done. It has to be in Appearance -> Customize -> Footer Option, we didn’t move it anywhere. Make sure you have all required plugins active, including Kirki plugin

Does anyone know why the tax rate keeps appearing as $0.00 on the checkout page for instant booking services? I have configured all the settings accordingly in Woocommerce and it is still not displaying. However, it does display for products in checkout.

your support has expired so make sure you have the latest version of theme, as there were some updates for tax, however the tax in WooCommerce has to be set, in Tax Options it has to be set to ‘No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax”
Just double-checked and the theme is on the latest version. ‘No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax” seems to still not be working either. However, I was wondering If I renew support will you be able to help resolve it 100% guaranteed?

I find your theme very interesting, only I want to know if there is a way that for services the vendor can provide invoice through the website, and I get commission after the client pays it. for example, the vendor provides team building activity for a company and the company in order to paye they require an invoice with the vendor details (vat, commerce register, etc…) because some big companies they need some of those details to create a supplier account before invoice goes to accounting. is there a way that they can do that (send files) through the messaging feature and I receive a a notification that the trabsaction is complete ? we use WooCommerce to handle payments, we don’t deal with invoices on theme level as this is way too complex and because we have WooCommerce you can use any invoicing plugin for WooCommerce to implement it.
