Hey there! We have been facing plenting of issues with the theme restrictions, so we had done lots of custom coding, but even very minor issues are blocked in theme.
We want to install a font in the website and wants to use it with framework to apply. but its again not allowing it to get install.
Whenever data spacing we add, it’s not constant in overall pages, we have done custom coding almost everywhere, we are so much frustrated with the way this project is handle in framework.
we just hope that the owner of this theme is serious enough and fix his theme.

Purchased today. I am trying to load the demo content, as your descriptions says, “If you want the demo content in this theme, You can easily import the demo content with a single click through the Unyson Importer. It saves you time, and your site will look exactly like the theme demo page.”
But the UNYSON plugin says it will delete all of my existing content. This is not going to work for me, as I need the existing content to remain on the site.
When choosing this option, all the existing content of your website will be lost and replaced with the new data. We recommend using this option for new WordPress installations only.
Please urgently advise how to load all demo content without losing existing content. Thank you!

I got the login credentials. Thank you. I followed your instructions very carefully and I still cannot get the demo content to load. This whole process has been too difficult and it doesn’t work. The whole reason I bought this is to save time. I’ve spent more time trying to get it to work than it’s worth. Please refund my money. I agree with all the other users I’ve read on here. Hello, I have tried to use my purchase code for support but it does not work to access the forums. I have ran into a problem when using the Thumbs Slider on my homepage.
The logo we have created for the website will go over the thumbs slider text when we look on mobile devices, but nothing I do to change the thumbs slider (like adding padding for the title / subtitle) on mobile devices works. Can you please tell me how to fix this? Website is kimiestours.com
*for now I seem to have fixed it slightly by manually setting the max width of the website logo for each device, but it seems like not the best solution

I’ve been trying to email back but it keeps getting kicked back.
The background video tutorial you sent doesn’t work with the theme I have. These settings seem to be different. I need a tutorial specific to my theme or please let me know how to add a video background to what I currently have step by step.
With regards to the logo, when I change the sizes as shown in this video, it scales it disproportionately. Meaning it skews the logo and makes it look weird as if it were only adjusting the width and not the height.
Please help ASAP with these two things. I can even provide site credentials so you can login and see what I mean if you need to.
